Premium Health Reviews

Communication with the company is great, everyone is so helpful and nice. I was apprehensive at first, but I am so glad that I made the choice to start was weightloss journey. Shipment was fast and arrived actually in only couple of days. I would highly recommend going with this company.

I have been more than pleased with Premium in assisting me with my weight loss journey. The personal touch received let you know you’re going through this Weight Loss journey with someone who is the same contact each time you call back remembering you and your situation. Where do you get that anymore? Even with a local doctor…. Medication has arrived timely Nothing hidden. Nothing unforeseen. For this personal care, I have no want to look any further than right where I am at. In good hands with Premium .

During my consultation I was told that I would receive 3 months supply in the shipment. The 1 vial only has 10 doses in it per the packaging. 10 doses does not equal 3 months of weekly dosing.

Dr M is AMAZING- such amazing customer service and personal touch! Super fast responses from the entire team when I had any questions or concerns. Made appropriate changes after speaking to Dr that were needed. Such a high touch company truly cares about my well being.

I felt completely defeated when it came to the constant struggle of losing weight at 47yo. I did my research from those that have had tremendous success with these injections & made my decision to give it a try. The first week I didn’t notice a weight loss, but driving by a fast food restaurant was no problem, because I didn’t crave anything. The next week I had 10lbs off. Now it’s over 3 months with trying both injections & I have 47lbs off of this now 48yo. I feel amazing & that I’m finally living how I should be living…to its zenith! I can wear clothes, not because they fit, but because it’s the style I prefer! For someone that has struggled since childhood, had their mouth wired shut to lose weight in college & taught herself how to become a binge eater to keep her figure throughout a marriage, this has been a Very Long Time coming. It was very easy for the means to justify the cost y’all! I couldn’t (not) do this for myself. I can’t allow myself to ever get over 200lbs for my 5’ frame…ever. I am extremely grateful for those that have helped me with your company on this journey.

This review is a new review from my experience on Feb 12, 2024. Was having issues reaching Premium Health. I wrote a review on Feb 12 saying the took my money and never responded to me. All of that changed when Ramin called to express his concern , he made sure I was satisfied . And the pharmacy once my meds were ready overnight them to me. The overall second experience was awesome Thank you to Ramin and Anazao Health pharmacy for fast delivery.

Great company with outstanding customer service. I appreciate that they worked hard to get my medication adjusted to the correct dose and are an affordable option for me. I also appreciate how quick and responsive they are when I reach out with questions.

Premium Health is a very good company!! I was running out of my meds and I was told that my meds would take 5-10 business days to arrive. I got my medication in three days!! This company is amazing. I’m sticking with them for the long run.

They are so responsive and caring!

The product is reasonably price and good quality. The customer service aspect was encouraging at first. At the refill point I have been chasing a prescription for well over a week and will miss my next dosage due to poor communication. The response time is not what I expect and customer service seems to be at the bottom of the ladder. Janet Hunter UPDATE: The general manager was attentive and answered my concerns very quickly. My prescription was delivered a couple days late but was sent as he promised. I am always willing to give second chances and with the prompt attention by the general manager I believe it is warranted. I am looking forward to a positive relationship with Premium Health. Just want to say love the product. It has been a game changer in my life. Dr. M was extremely helpful and most importantly available for a call back. Thank You for making a huge difference in my quality of life.

Very knowledgeable and respectful staff, they go above and beyond.

The concept is great but my first shipment was held at the FedEx Center due to label errors. FedEx attempted to contact the pharmacy several times with no response so I ended up having to drive 25 minutes to pick up my medication. I never received communication from premium health and had to chase down the medication or I would have never received it. They were quick to call me back to take my money but when I called to find my shipment, no one answered or called me back. I recommend going elsewhere for your weight loss needs.

Received improper dose. $275 for a month but they don't tell you they are sending 1 vial that is supposed to last 3 months. The dosage was improper. And They won't cancel until you are locked into another 3 months of $275. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS. I asked them to reach out via email so I could have everything in writing yet they continued to call. Sorry I wasn't answering the calls as I patronized over the phone. JUST LIKE I SAID THEY WILL NOT LET ME OUT OF THE MEMBERSHIP AND LOCKED ME IN FOR ANOTHER 3 MONTHS. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD DO NOT PURCHASE.

I never write reviews but I felt like I needed to this time because their medicine works! I lost 18 pounds since November taking this medicine and eating 90 grams of protein almost every day. I also work out (30 min spin class mostly) 3 times a week. I didn’t experience terrible nausea like people say semaglutide does to you. The doctors are super informative and they make it easy for you to get your medication.

Good service and product.

Very convenient, easy to deal with and quick service. Would highly recommend this service for dealing with weight loss solutions.

The staff at Premium Health are always accessible and are very kind to speak to. They care about their patients and offer diff options if one is not working for you. I feel important to them.

Very helpful with questions I had. Would recommend!

They have been there each time I had questions
