I can't express how satisfied I am with my results. I've been on semaglutide for 6 months now and have went from 417lbs to 358lbs and am losing more each day. I am now within 100lbs of my goal weight of 260lbs! Thank you all so much!

Phenomenal, human-centered customer service, end to end. The Premium Health team is engaged with its customers and swift to respond to communications.

I have been extremely pleased with my experience with Premium Health's weight loss program. The personalized approach they take to creating a plan that works specifically for me has been very effective. The support and guidance I have received from their team have been invaluable in helping me reach my goals. Not only have I seen significant results in terms of weight loss, but I have also noticed improvements in my overall health and energy levels. I highly recommend Premium Health to anyone looking to make this positive change in their life. Their commitment to their clients' success is evident in every interaction, and I am so grateful for the progress I have made with their help. Thank you, Premium Health, for helping me become the healthiest version of myself!

I have had a completely positive experience. They have done exactly as promised. Communication is quick and reliable and friendly. I was a little confused with my first injection, my prior experience was with a pen. I only had to read the instructions included in the packet, explained it thoroughly.

I get my prescriptions on time. I can always reach someone when I need them. Polite staff. Not complaints

I have nothing but positive things to say about premium health. The customer service is great, they always get right back to you. I'm losing weight and I'm very happy.

Very helpful. I’m nearly at my goal. I’ve not had issues with this company or the pharmacy. Very responsive. Much appreciate the opportunity to participate in this life changing program. Thanks

Customer Service is great fast response times. I've lost 62 pounds so far and feeling great I can't wait to see how far I can go and how much I can loose

I signed up about 3 weeks ago. The entire process was fast and efficient. I have had no issues, and definitely would recommend them to others.

Customer service has been very good and they are very prompt with their deliveries. I’ve had little side effects such as sensitive stomach for a few days after taking the injection and lower energy than normal. I have also noted that my hot flashes came back as soon as I started the injections. All symptoms are tolerable and have found that ginger chews help the best with the sensitive stomach. I am averaging about 1 pound of week of weight loss and that is without exercise. The drop in my appetite is significant, which is really good so I will make better choices of food. I will be starting the next dosage up level next week and hoping that I will not have any additional side effects. Looking forward to continued weight loss.

I believe at this point premium health to be very helpful. Would not change anything at this time.

I feel sleepy & lethargic. Other than than I don't have any significant side effects.

My experience with Premium Health has been very good, 5 stars. If you have any questions, they contact you quickly, the products have arrived on time. … and I have lost almost 25 pounds. Very happy.🤗

For the most part I can say I am happy with Premium Health. There were some refill issues in the beginning of my weight loss journey but that has been resolved. I've been losing weight slowly but steadily and am happy with that.

I find it helpful that I get periodic texts to check in and make sure I’m doing well. Medication comes as scheduled and has been great for me.

Anytime that I have called & left a message, my call was always returned in a timely fashion. I have lost 60 pounds with the help of Premium Health, I can't say enough - they have more than pleased me as a customer.

If I could I’d rate a zero! Worst experience ever. Completed assessment on 7/15, followed up numerous times, submitted primary care Dr. waiver and as of 8/14 I was still waiting for approval to start the program. They refused to refund my $25 deposit when I cancelled. Went to another program and took me 3 days from start to finish to get my shot.

my experience is all positive, I had no side affects. I have lost lots of wight, in a short period of time. customer service is the best I have ever experienced. shipping is fast. and the directions are easy to follow. the product is packed nicely in a cold packaged envelope. I am really really happy with my whole experience with premium health. Thank you so much premium health.
