Happy with Customer services. Not happy having to phone every time I wish to place an order. My prescription is not showing on my account, despite them merging it to my account each time.

Called as some medication is human meds (gabapentin) and also propelin. Orderplaced, payment taken but wasn’t asked for prescription, called to enquire when medication would arrive, told not dispatched as no current prescription, resulted in my dog having to go without medication until it arrived. Not ideal

Pet Drugs Online were as usual quick and efficient, but the Royal Mail delivery did not deliver as indicated. The package says No Signature, yet Royal Mail called but did not push the Jiffy bag through the letterbox and instead advised they would deliver the next day. So I have had to stay in until 2.05 for that to clatter through the box. This has never occurred before, but I do have a monthly prescription for my elderly dog.
