The delivery quick & and customer service can be helpful
For several years I regularly ordered needles for the vetpen for my diabetic dog and was always pleased with the service. Like everything else the price continued to rise and now they've stopped the free delivery. I looked online and found I can get them cheaper elsewhere, even paying delivery, so placed an order and service was just as good. I will be ordering from this company in future.

Unusually delivery was slow and I had to phone to chase hence only four stars.
I had a prescription to use, and after downloading it, I found it very straightforward to purchase the medication for my dog. Delivery was very quick, and in addition I saved a lot of money, despite paying the Vet for the prescription! Excellent service!
