Failed delivery.
First time customer,I was assured my dog food order would be delivered next day by DHL. Needless to say it hasn’t arrived, customer service is closed for the weekend and I’m on holiday next week, so goodness knows what will happen to the parcel. Long wait for customer service on telephone. Looking at other reviews, I’m not hopeful because their carrier is unreliable and can’t be contacted except by email or chat box so no real time update.
