Parker & Sons Reviews

Have been super impressed with Parker and Sons service so far. From requesting a quote on their webpage, scheduling an appointment to get a quote on an EV Charger, to the actual installation. Our Electrician was Jose Candelario. He informed us a head of time when he would arrive. He was very professional and explained everything we would have done. To my pleasant surprise, the quote was the cheapest we have received and then we were able to get it completed all in the same day. We work so this was perfect. Jose did an exceptional job from start to finish. Got set up with the company's family plan as well, that was also VERY reasonable. Really glad to be part of the Parker and Son family. Great experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend them.

SAVE YOUR MONEY. The techs who came out were great, but the pricing was horrendously inflated. Long story short, it was going to be about 1,900 bucks for what was recommended, I called Eco solutions, not some fly-by-night discount company, and for the exact same services it was going to be roughly 50% less. Nice work trying to price gouge.

Back in February 2026 I called Parker and Sons to look at my A/C . They came changed a part in the unit and also installed a new expensive thermostat. They left saying the A/C/heating unit was working. At the time I did not need to keep the heater on, because the house became vacant. This visit cost me over $ 700. I did not have a need to use it until May. The unit again was not working and the temperature in the house was over 100. I called them again, they came. They said I needed a new motor. This visit cost me over $ 2000. Next day, system still not working. After waiting for over three hours, they came and they blamed the previous tech, saying it needed a capacitor. No cost. They left, saying the system was now working, but it will take a while to bring the temperature down. Next day, the temperature was still the same, over 100. Called again, They came and the tech blamed the previous tech, stating it needed another part. They left saying the system was now working. Next day the temperature still over 100. Called again. Again another wait of hours. The tech came and again he blamed the previous tech, saying he had not wired something correctly. No cost, except for all MY TIME waiting for them each time. Of course, for them MY TIME has no value. I will never, ever call them again. Worst company, worst service and extremely expensive.

I had an issue with my sprinkler control box. Parker and sons demanded it was an anti siphon valve. I insisted it was a control box but they installed an anti siphon valve for about $1200. It did not solve the problem so I installed a control box and fixed the problem. They are the masters at finding add on costs. Be careful

We found a plumbing leak in the wall of our house. We called Parker and they sent out Scott Swenson. Scott was awesome to deal with!! He found the leak and explained what he needed to do to fix the problem. He gave us the pricing and was very professional. He got the job done and was just a pleasure to deal with. All of this on a Sunday as well!!! I am so glad that we called Parker and they sent Scott over!!!! I was comfortable and very happy with his service!! Thank you Scott and thank you Parker!!

Excellent work at a fair price. I will use them again

Parker and sons came to my residence to give me a quote for replacing a shower valve. The quote seemed unreasonably high. I declined the quote and called a reputable company. The company I hired did not charge me for a quote. Parker and sons charged me $79.00 to take a look. Parker and sins quoted me $1700 to change a valve that ended up taking 2 hours to replace. The quality and brand of the part was the same for both companies. The company I hired charged me approximately half of what P&S wanted to charge me. These prices are not in line with valuing their customers. Many reviews about Parker and sons state that the company routinely charges outrageous prices. I will never recommend P&S.........ever

Parker and Sons appointment was made for Saturday, 10:00am to 2:00 window. We called the number at approx 12:45 pm and was advised that don't worry the company would call before arriving. We got a phone call approx 1:00 pm to be told that we now had to wait after 2:00 pm because the staff was working on customer problems and now would be later. The office person did not care and made it clear and did not provide the actual time for arrival and we said we could not wait any longer than 2:00 PM AND SHE SAID OK FINE. For a 1st time contact this was Rude and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE- They really need to make sure that all appointments schedule they can comply with all customers they make WAIT..... Thank you.

I made an appointment, took time off work, waited for 4 hours and they cancelled and rescheduled for another day. I took time off work again and after waiting for the entire window time, they just called to cancel and wanted to reschedule. I will be looking for a more reliable company to hire!

Called Parker & Sons at 9 pm on a Saturday for assistance at a vacation rental. Took forever to communicate with their CS on the phone. Was told repeatedly that their techs would be calling me back to see if they could squeeze me in for my emergency request. No one ever called.

I called because my hot water heater was leaking. They gave me an estimate of 5,500. When I said that was ridiculous, they offerred a lesser plan and heater for 3,500. They also said I had too much pressure on my water line and needed a part put on. Also stated my current heater would not pass City of Scottsdale Inspection. RESULT: I had A LICENCED PLUMBER come out. He said my water pressure was fine and no part was needed. He also showed me the inspection sticker where the City of Scottsdale actually passed the inspection. Worst of all I DID NOT EVEN NEED A HOT WATER HEATER. It was the connection that was leaking. He would have installed a Smart Hot Water Heater, parts, labor etc. for a total of 1,600. i had this work done through PRESTIGE RENOVATIONS who proved to be dependable and honest!! IF YOU WOULD RATHER BE SCAMMED BE SURE TO CALL PARKER AND SONS!!! Show less

" Not your average "Joe", Nope, you sure aren't, a lot lower than " Joe"; all sales pitches, I thought a car salesman showed up to do A/C work !!!! CRAZY!!!

Zayanala Stevenson was a very professional, knowledgeable, intelligent, polite, friendly person to work with. Thank you so much for his service !

very honest very good very polite very professional the best company i give 10 stars

Technician, Chris Olsen, did very good job. Serviced my Osmosis system and water softener. I have a service plan and saved some money on maintenance. Thank you, again, Chris.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I have received from Parker & Sons, and I regret purchasing my AC system through Costco using their services. I scheduled service appointments twice, and both times their office cancelled at the last minute. They informed me that they were prioritizing other customers, which is completely unacceptable. When I tried to raise my concerns, my text messages, emails, and voicemail messages were ignored. I called several times, and their representatives repeatedly told me that I needed to contact Costco instead of Parker & Sons to address the issue. This shows a serious lack of management, accountability, and respect for customers. After months of trying to reach them, I visited Costco today and spoke with the Parker & Sons representative. Unfortunately, she tried to minimize the situation rather than address why their office ignored my communications and cancelled my appointments back-to-back. This experience has shown me that Parker & Sons is not a trustworthy company to purchase services from. The lack of accountability, leadership, and customer service is shocking, and customers deserve transparency and responsible service—not repeated cancellations and ignored messages.

I had a new install scheduled with Parker and Sons on a Monday between 8-10AM. Nobody showed up. I called Parker to discuss. I talked to a Parker representative who indicated that she needed to talk to “electrical” and I was put on hold for 40 minutes. When Parker returned to the call, a different representative started from scratch. I was in the process of explaining the situation when I was disconnected. I called back and had to wait another 10 minutes before a 3rd Parker representative answered. Terrible service!!!

I had my annual AC check-up today by AC technician Justin Kelley. He arrived exactly when he said he would and was very polite and professional. He was happy to answer my questions and I will definitely request him for my future appointments. Parker and Sons is an amazing company all around!!

Service date is approximate. I had my air conditioning unit serviced by Joshua. In over a quarter century, I have had probably a dozen air conditioner technicians come to my house from various companies.. Joshua was absolutely outstanding ! He was competent, professional ,integritous, & personable ! None of the previous technicians from any company ever came close ! I tried to leave a positive review for him shortly after he visited my home. Unfortunately, I tried to leave it on Google reviews.. they printed the review, and put it under “AC by J” who I have no relationship with, and I’ve never used. It took me from then till now to figure out how they screwed up the review.. obviously I’ll never use them again, but that is the reason for the delay in posting this review. Thank you, Parker & Sons for having employees like Joshua to handle my air conditioning needs. I am most grateful. !

I was fortunate enough to get Samuel to inspect my plumbing and drain my hot water heater. He did an excellent job on both. However, during the plumbing inspection he found a small slow leak under my sink that I never would’ve found on my own. This time it was minor enough where I was able to correct it myself, but whether I did the repair or they did the repair, I was lucky to get it done and never would have unless he spotted it. Samuel is now my man for any and all plumbing repairs !
