Parker and Sons appointment was POOR SERVICE AND NO SERVICE WAS GIVEN
Parker and Sons appointment was made for Saturday, 10:00am to 2:00 window. We called the number at approx 12:45 pm and was advised that don't worry the company would call before arriving. We got a phone call approx 1:00 pm to be told that we now had to wait after 2:00 pm because the staff was working on customer problems and now would be later. The office person did not care and made it clear and did not provide the actual time for arrival and we said we could not wait any longer than 2:00 PM AND SHE SAID OK FINE. For a 1st time contact this was Rude and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE- They really need to make sure that all appointments schedule they can comply with all customers they make WAIT..... Thank you.
