When you see the name Parker and Sons, RUN, RUN, RUN!
Back in February 2026 I called Parker and Sons to look at my A/C . They came changed a part in the unit and also installed a new expensive thermostat. They left saying the A/C/heating unit was working. At the time I did not need to keep the heater on, because the house became vacant. This visit cost me over $ 700. I did not have a need to use it until May. The unit again was not working and the temperature in the house was over 100. I called them again, they came. They said I needed a new motor. This visit cost me over $ 2000. Next day, system still not working. After waiting for over three hours, they came and they blamed the previous tech, saying it needed a capacitor. No cost. They left, saying the system was now working, but it will take a while to bring the temperature down. Next day, the temperature was still the same, over 100. Called again, They came and the tech blamed the previous tech, stating it needed another part. They left saying the system was now working. Next day the temperature still over 100. Called again. Again another wait of hours. The tech came and again he blamed the previous tech, saying he had not wired something correctly. No cost, except for all MY TIME waiting for them each time. Of course, for them MY TIME has no value. I will never, ever call them again. Worst company, worst service and extremely expensive.
