I've used theses guys twice. Both times delayed several days for pickup. First time then gave little information on status (UK to Spain, customs involved, and I received false updates on progress and drop off). Second time I used them thinking London to London should be straightforward - pickup now over 48 hours late.
2 stars instead of one because the package did actually arrive, albeit several days late.
I explained this was my phone being returned and customs was not necessary on 3 separate occasions. Still the package could not be delivered as customs charges had not been paid. Resolved now but disappointing at the time.

Scumbags! The worst kind of company, up there with Ticketmaster. I arranged for a package to be collected from the lost and found office at Paris Charles de Gaulle airport with this company. I paid extra for insurance. They replied stating Sections 7.2 and 13.5 of their voluminous 20 page Terms and Conditions that they don’t collect from airports and any refunds are minus 25% fee and only after 21 days. How might anyone reasonably expect such an exclusion? Airports are involved much of the courier business in this world. Further, even though they immediately rejected my request, they say they are charging this fee because they’ve incurred costs with a courier. How unlikely especially as they offer a full refund if I accept an account credit for which I would have no use. If they actually incurred costs they wouldn’t have offered such a credit.
Judging by the hundreds of horrendous reviews mine finds good company unlike this company whose business model seems to be to ripoff as many customers as they can and offer a third rate service at best.
Avoid them like the plague.

I've been struggling for the past year with an issue regarding a lost parcel. ParcelABC themselves were very helpful in attempting to resolve the issue. Majority of the delays were caused by the party that executed the parcel delivery (and lost it).
Special shoutout for the Support Employee 'Michal', as he went above & beyond to resolve this issue for me, and provided multiple assurances that my issue was being handled. Always friendly on follow up questions. No complaints about ParcelABC themselves.
I feel cheated with a shipment I made and now they want to charge me 77 euros. The information sent is completely incorrect. If you do not correct this misunderstanding, I will never use your service again and I will share my experience on all possible communication channels.
Worst experience possible. We paid a fortune for overnight shipping to Brazil which was in reality a 4-day service with Fedex and thus false marketing. When the significant delay made it necessary for us to change the delivery address (which we paid for 1-day service to avoid) the incredible rude and unhelpful customer service team required additional payment although the new address was in the same postcode and the delivery change was only necessary because the company promised a delivery time that was not provided. I'm sure the company will try to argue that the transit times on their website are only indicative and not guaranteed, but in this case the difference is three days. This is unacceptable.
I used ParcelABC for deliveries from Spain to France. One of my deliveries got problem. I contacted ParcelABC customer support and received constant support, especially from Daniel, until the problem was resolved. ParcelABC is definitely a trustworthy service.
