Scumbags
Scumbags! The worst kind of company, up there with Ticketmaster. I arranged for a package to be collected from the lost and found office at Paris Charles de Gaulle airport with this company. I paid extra for insurance. They replied stating Sections 7.2 and 13.5 of their voluminous 20 page Terms and Conditions that they don’t collect from airports and any refunds are minus 25% fee and only after 21 days. How might anyone reasonably expect such an exclusion? Airports are involved much of the courier business in this world. Further, even though they immediately rejected my request, they say they are charging this fee because they’ve incurred costs with a courier. How unlikely especially as they offer a full refund if I accept an account credit for which I would have no use. If they actually incurred costs they wouldn’t have offered such a credit. Judging by the hundreds of horrendous reviews mine finds good company unlike this company whose business model seems to be to ripoff as many customers as they can and offer a third rate service at best.
