Lost package, but great support
I've been struggling for the past year with an issue regarding a lost parcel. ParcelABC themselves were very helpful in attempting to resolve the issue. Majority of the delays were caused by the party that executed the parcel delivery (and lost it). Special shoutout for the Support Employee 'Michal', as he went above & beyond to resolve this issue for me, and provided multiple assurances that my issue was being handled. Always friendly on follow up questions. No complaints about ParcelABC themselves.
