Delays and false info twice
I've used theses guys twice. Both times delayed several days for pickup. First time then gave little information on status (UK to Spain, customs involved, and I received false updates on progress and drop off). Second time I used them thinking London to London should be straightforward - pickup now over 48 hours late. 2 stars instead of one because the package did actually arrive, albeit several days late.
