Worst experience possible. We paid a fortune for overnight shipping to Brazil which was in reality a 4-day service with Fedex and thus false marketing. When the significant delay made it necessary for us to change the delivery address (which we paid for 1-day service to avoid) the incredible rude and unhelpful customer service team required additional payment although the new address was in the same postcode and the delivery change was only necessary because the company promised a delivery time that was not provided. I'm sure the company will try to argue that the transit times on their website are only indicative and not guaranteed, but in this case the difference is three days. This is unacceptable.
