Do not, under any circumstances book with this company. I am not sure if it is a scam or not. I booked a collection online, gave all of the required information including pick up and delivery addresses and all of the contact information as per their online forms. I paid online. I received an email to say that my collection would be confirmed soon and I would receive a waybill. The first red flag was in that email they asked me for some information I had already filled out in their online forms, but I sent it again. 24 hours later I had heard nothing so I emailed them. They told me they were waiting for one specific piece of information (information I had already filled in on their website at booking). They did not proactively tell me they were waiting for any information, I only found out they were waiting because I contacted them to find out why my order was not confirmed. I sent an email with the information, and again no waybill, so I contacted them again, and again, and again. This went on for 4 more iterations with information I had already filled in online - each time one thing, but apparently not all the things they needed. And each time it was information that I had already given them, some of it more than once. Each time I had to chase them, they did not tell me they needed any more information, they were just silent. Eventually they confirmed my order and I received a waybill. I had a window for collection at a local landmark today, you cannot miss it... did they show up. NO, predictably not. I have heard absolutely nothing today when they were supposed to collect my package. I have received no update on why they did not show up, no message to say they could not find the location, nothing. I have now booked with UPS and asked ParcelABC to cancel my order but I suspect I will never hear from them again or get my money back.
Process was smooth and worked well.
There were some problems with organizing pick up of my parcel but the support helped to solve it very quick.
We (company) sent a parcel fully insured. The parcel arrived damaged, beyond repair (80% lost), and customer returned the goods. We claimed insurance. First response was that it would take 4 months(!)... (not professional... according EU treaties it must be settled within 1 month). After 4 months, our file was lost..., and we had to sent everything again. The loss adjuster (from UPS) approved the damage, but ParcelABC minimized damage (their own personal opinion - and did not appoint an own loss adjuster). 40 mails later, it was clear that they did not wanted to pay, and lost track of their own "stories". They wanted us to agree to partial refund (exactly the part UPS pays in such cases.. which we accepted as a start. All looked like they never would pay) We send a registered letter to claim the total amount + interest + extra costs we made. No reaction. It was clear to us they did not insured the parcel, and did not wanted to pay the rightful amount. Again 3 months later, they said they can only pay when we would hand over the goods(???) We only claimed 80% of the value + they do not have the right to claim damaged goods. (They wanted to acquire goods in an illegal way?!) Again 40 emails later they closed one sided the case (on 18/7/2034 - 16 months after incident), saying we did not agree on their proposal. (Which was to handover the goods to parcelABC, which were repaired in the mean time, and sent back to customer - ridiculous, +just not legal - I'm a loss adjuster, so I'm quite sure how things have to go) Unprofessional company, not suited for company services, only for cheap goods. Commercially poor: we sent all our parcels over their services, not any more...) Always friendly, just to get you to accept a too low amount.

Problem was that ParcelABC representative did not understand the UPS system sufficient to really help in a paperwork error arising in the ParcelABC to UPS handover. Result was a 3 week delay in delivery (1 in Santiago and 2 in UK) plus an enormous exchange of well meaning but ineffective emails. Everyone was prompt and courteous but seemed to be working in the dark. Initial error was that ParcelABC accepted insurance on 5,000 pounds value of goods that UPS subsequently could not honor. Over the phone corrections (1 week) unfortunately left paperwork errors that UK Customs picked up, causing the 2 week delay in the UK. UPS would not answer emails during this period and the ParcelABC representative simply referred us to the UPS support site, which doesn't work too well. UPS did in the end respond, and cleared the parcel almost immediately, without charging us for storage. The problem really lies with UPS, who seem understaffed at present.
Used them to ship via DHL. I paid for a 1.5kg package, which they conveniently registered it at 1kg with DHL. Also provided exact measurements, which they once again altered and reduced based on their own discretion. Naturally, this was done to save them money on their end and led to issues during order pick up and at several points during shipping. Also, they were not timely with getting customs forms over which were required for export and import, leading to delays.

Awesome service, accurate info, and most importantly - a wide selection if shipping vendors one to pick one you're most comfortable with! UPDATE: two weeks later I got an email demanding an extra payment for allegedly misreporting the weight AND dimensions of the luggage. When confronted, ParcelABC pointed fingers at UPS (who executed shipping). This is rubbish. While don't have documented proof of weight, I can easily prove the dimensions of the suitcase model. So either ParcelABC is double-dipping or UPS does. What an upset after what otherwise was a decent service. Downgrading review from 5 to 3 stars.
