Awful, poor communication, possibly scammers
Do not, under any circumstances book with this company. I am not sure if it is a scam or not. I booked a collection online, gave all of the required information including pick up and delivery addresses and all of the contact information as per their online forms. I paid online. I received an email to say that my collection would be confirmed soon and I would receive a waybill. The first red flag was in that email they asked me for some information I had already filled out in their online forms, but I sent it again. 24 hours later I had heard nothing so I emailed them. They told me they were waiting for one specific piece of information (information I had already filled in on their website at booking). They did not proactively tell me they were waiting for any information, I only found out they were waiting because I contacted them to find out why my order was not confirmed. I sent an email with the information, and again no waybill, so I contacted them again, and again, and again. This went on for 4 more iterations with information I had already filled in online - each time one thing, but apparently not all the things they needed. And each time it was information that I had already given them, some of it more than once. Each time I had to chase them, they did not tell me they needed any more information, they were just silent. Eventually they confirmed my order and I received a waybill. I had a window for collection at a local landmark today, you cannot miss it... did they show up. NO, predictably not. I have heard absolutely nothing today when they were supposed to collect my package. I have received no update on why they did not show up, no message to say they could not find the location, nothing. I have now booked with UPS and asked ParcelABC to cancel my order but I suspect I will never hear from them again or get my money back.
