Policzyli sobie 2500 PLN za to, że auto jest porysowane od spodu... Zakładam, że naciągnęli tak wielu innych klientów. Dodatkowo 300 PLN za brudną tylną szybę. Złodzieje i tyle

0 gwiazdek musi być! 1 gwiazdka za profesjonalne kłamstwo. Mój mąż dzisiaj zarezerwował samochód, który musiał odebrać o 15:45. Teraz 17 - zrezygnowaliśmy. Liczyliśmy na państwa firmę, ale to porażka! Najpierw nikt nie odbierał telefonu, potem pani z infolinii powiedziała, że karta pobytu musi być ważna min 3 lata, chociaż w regulaminie napisano 1 rok🤦♀️ jak może być karta ważna minimum 3 lata do przodu, jeżeli maksymalnie jest wydawana na 3 lata?! Niewiadomo gdzie i za ile musiał być kierowca. Brak kompetencji i szacunku do klienta. Oszuści. Nie polecam
State alla larga da questa banda di truffatori. Abbiamo noleggiato un auto, e, come è successo per gli altri che hanno recensito, ci hanno trattenuto la caparra. Me ne sono accorta per caso una settimana dopo, perchè da loro non ho ricevuto nessuna comunicazione una volta riconsegnata la macchina. Alla richiesta di spiegazioni mi hanno liquidata con una semplice frase "sono presenti danni". Ovviamente ho chiesto loro la dimostrazione degli effettivi danni e mi hanno inviato 2 foto dove si vedono dei primi piani di una qualsiasi macchina con graffi (peraltro visibilmente datati). Dalle foto è impossibile risalire alla data di effettivo scatto delle foto, ma ancora di più è impossibile risalire quale sia la macchina fotografata, perchè oltre il primo piano non è presente nessun dettaglio che possa richiamare una qualsiasi marca di auto. Comunque sono per le vie legali, e in seguito esporrò la denuncia anche all'ente dei consumatori europeo. E' una vergogna che in tanti abbiano riscontrato la stessa tipologia di appropriazione indebita e nessuno sia riusciti a fermarli!
Witam, zamowilem samochod na dluzszy okres niz zwykle - na lotnisku w Krakowie. Pan z okienka byl bardzo mily i zaproponowal ze ze wzgledu na dlugi okres najmu moge oddac samochod brudny - jako dodatkowa oferta dla mnie jako stalego klienta. Niestety nie mialem tej oferty nigdzie zapisanej na pismie. Oddalem samochod, i zostalo pobrane z karty 500 PLN kary za oddanie brudnego samochodu. Kilkukrotnie prosilem firme Panek o sprawdzenie tematu z osoba ktora wydala mi auto. Nigdy nie otrzymalem odpowiedzi po wielu probach kontaktu, czy pracownik wydajacy auto potwierdzil dana mi oferte slowna. Firma Panek zachowala sie wobec mnie niesprawiedliwie, i stracila przez to stalego klienta ktory kilka razy w roku wynajme samochod. Takze musze przyznac ze obsluga klienta zawiodla i obecnie jestem zadowolonym klientem innej firmy.

We booked and paid online in the UK noting that, as before with Panek, we would need our UK photo driving licence and another photo id such as a passport. On arrival at Warsaw Chopin check in desk, late in the evening ,we were told that we had to have an International Driving Permit without which they would not hire the car to us. They would only let us hire the car if we agreed to pay 1200 pln for full insurance cover. This charge was more than the rental. They tried to insist that this was stated in their terms and conditions which is not the case. They also tried to claim that it was a legal requiement in Poland. We have sent a complaint which has been refused but we have still not seen any reference to this requirement anywhere on their web site or in their terms and conditions. We have also been told that the legal requirement does not exist. The rep at check in told us that they have two or three clients a day experiencing the same issue. Panek management would appear not to care for their reputation as can be seen by the numerous similar complaints.

Firma Panek Rent A Car to świetna opcja dla osób poszukujących wynajmu auta. Mają konkurencyjne ceny i szeroką ofertę pojazdów, co sprawia, że każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Obsługa klienta jest profesjonalna i pomocna, dzięki czemu wynajem przebiega bezproblemowo.
Firma Panek to oszuści. W naszym przypadku po miesiącu od oddania auta gdzie było wszystko w porządku pobrali bez żadnego poinformowania z naszej karty 6000 zł za niby zarysowania i małe uszkodzenia, pomimo tego że przy wynajmie mieliśmy wykupione pełne ubezpieczenie ochronne na wszystkie uszkodzenia i zarysowania. Oczywiście najpierw zgłosiłem u nich reklamacje ale po miesiącu była odpowiedź że tego nie uwzględniają i więcej nie można było się z nimi skontaktować, sam nie wiem jakim cudem skoro było wykupione pełne ubezpieczenie. Zgłosiłem także reklamacje przez mój bank i oni się kontaktowali z nimi i drugi raz także tego firma Panek nie uwzględniła mimo pełnej ochrony, kradzież w biały dzień. Dopiero druga reklamacja przez mój bank w formie reklamacji chargbeck pomogła i bank odzyskał od nich te pieniądze ale tylko dlatego że uwzględnili to że było to konsumenckie oszustwo bo miałem wykupioną pełną ochronę. Dużo ludzi ma podobne problemy i zostali oszukani także jeśli ktoś ma podobny problem w przypadku w którym także miał wykupiony pełny pakiet ochrony to starajcie się odzyskać pieniądze z pomocą swojego banku ale koniecznie przez tą formę reklamacji o oszustwo z odzyskaniem pieniędzy przez chargbeck. Same experience as outlined by multiple people below. Fabricated damage to a car and a large "cleaning" fee, They provided photographic evidence that don't show any damage, Pictures are taken from far back with little detail. I don't know what I'm looking at !!!! I've actually used this company multiple times previously without issue....something has changed and not for the better.. Avoid at all costs.
The worst car rental ever. From intimidating us from day one to constantly adding new charges , luck of customer service that just start. Avoid avoid avoid.
My experience with Panek was a complete disaster. From start to finish, the service was disorganised, and now they are trying to charge me €1,400 for non-existent damages without providing any real evidence. Poor communication – when I tried to contact them, their email inbox was full, making it impossible to reach support. Fraudulent damage claims – at drop-off, I was not present for the inspection, yet they claim there are "multiple new damages" without providing timestamped photos. Pre-existing damage ignored – I have a video proving that I pointed out existing damage to their employee, who told me to ignore it. Now they are trying to charge me for it. Panek is untrustworthy and unprofessional, and their business model seems based on scamming customers with fake damage claims. Avoid at all costs.
I had recently booked car in Prague. They charged me 400 euro for speeding on the road which even doesn't exist on the map! I'm taking them to the court. And now they think that I'm talking about other company. I have photos and correspondence with them!

First rental with these guys was fine, and the price was good. The second trip, only a few weeks later, they decided my perfectly valid and legal UK driving license was no longer good enough, and that I had to pay the full insurance they offer or I would be left stranded at the airport with no car. This was even though when I made the booking (through booking.com) I took out the optional full insurance with them!!! Honestly, should have told them to swivel and got a taxi. I paid, as I was in a corner and on a business trip - so the cost isn't paid my me. That doesn't make me hate them less for it. Would absolutely not use these car park pirates again. Booking.com were actually pretty good, and immediately refunded the insurance I had from them, so at least I was only robbed once.
Świetna obsługa i bezproblemowy wynajem! Samochód był w idealnym stanie, a cały proces rezerwacji i odbioru przebiegł szybko i sprawnie. Ceny konkurencyjne, a personel bardzo pomocny – zdecydowanie polecam PANEK RENT A CAR. Najlepsza wypożyczalnia w Polsce! Auta czyste, dobrze wyposażone i gotowe do jazdy. Formalności zajmują minimum czasu, a obsługa zawsze chętnie doradzi. Korzystam regularnie i zawsze jestem zadowolony.
I have used many car hire companies before, but Panek is the worst. I have hired a car in Kaunas Airport location (Lithuania) for 2 weeks. Not only car was faulty, which I have realise after a few hours of cross-border travel with some minor technical issues associated with wind screen wash, but also cleaned the car in and out and still got charged £150 for cleaning service and admin fee. Would not recommend this company!
Would rate zero stars if I possibly could. Tobias the rep at Kaunas airport unbelievably rude and unhelpful. He left our family of 4 out in the cold because he left when he said he would wait for us. The worst car hire experience I’ve ever had. Do not use under any circumstances. Charged 5 times what we were quoted and so many hidden extras at rip off prices which are not advertised anywhere. Do not be deceived by the apparently cheap daily price even for a good car as you’ll end up paying way more than if you went to a reputable company. Would have walked away if we could but no other hire cars available at the airport. The car had no washer fluid in it, which was essential in the snowy weather and also presumably illegal not to supply it as it would be elsewhere. Apparently hertz at Kaunas are the best so use them and whatever you do steer completely clear of panek!
