Avoid Panek – dishonest damage claims and disorganised service
My experience with Panek was a complete disaster. From start to finish, the service was disorganised, and now they are trying to charge me €1,400 for non-existent damages without providing any real evidence. Poor communication – when I tried to contact them, their email inbox was full, making it impossible to reach support. Fraudulent damage claims – at drop-off, I was not present for the inspection, yet they claim there are "multiple new damages" without providing timestamped photos. Pre-existing damage ignored – I have a video proving that I pointed out existing damage to their employee, who told me to ignore it. Now they are trying to charge me for it. Panek is untrustworthy and unprofessional, and their business model seems based on scamming customers with fake damage claims. Avoid at all costs.
