I saw an offer on Facebook for air…

I saw an offer on Facebook for air coolers under the name Ozzi Cool selling 4 air coolers for £44. I thought it looked like a good deal So - I ordered 4 for £44. Once I had paid online and given my bank details, I then received an invoice for £175.96. I contacted my bank immediately and they say I have to wait for the order to go through before they can do anything. I am a pensioner and cannot afford all this. How can this company - Ozzi Home - conduct such scandalous business practice? I have emailed them demanding a refund immediately and to cancel my order. I will let you know what happens

Lucky to get one star

Lucky to get one star. I emailed them the day the hearing aids arrived as they said 90 day return policy. Won't let me return them at all then offered a miserly £15 Avoid like the plague. They do not answer emails or honour their own offers. I didn't even know I was dealing with a company called Ozzie home. June July 2025

i've paid two amounts on the 22nd of June 2025-$173.95-and$397.00 for hearing aids&

IT's looks as though i've been scammed as i've sent emails to follow my purchases and have had no reply unless I hear from you I will contact my lawyer and take whatever steps I need to fix the problem legally hopefully through Trust Pilot initially

Great hearing aids and great customer service.is is a follow up review for this…

This is a follow up review for this company after the brilliant customer service I received mentioned in the previous review. My order was for the hearing aids which were lost by Amazon after a failed attempt at delivery by them when I was abroad. Ozzi Home kindly resent another set which I have now received. They are for my husband and he has never used hearing aids before. To say they are very good is an understatement. They are excellent! He is amazed at the remarkable difference they are making to his hearing. I sent for these as the waiting time for the NHS is apparently about 10 months. I'm so glad I did! He is finding that he only needs to use one as his other ear is good. He would definitely recommend them. The price is amazing too!

I ordered a pair of hearing aids from Ozzi Home and wish I hadn't

I ordered a pair of hearing aids with there money back if not satisfied in 90 days. They are terrible hearing aids which make hearing more difficult not easier. The close up sounds are amplified to a point of hurting your ears while distant sounds are muffled and unhearable. They are uncomfortable and obtrusive not what I was expecting. I have complained about the quality etc and been offered a 30% refund and told that they do not accept opened products back! How on earth can one try a product without opening it especially hearing aids. I would be less angry if they looked good or fitted properly but they miss on that level too. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT AND DO NOT TRUST THE ADVERT.

The web site is confusing I ordered 1 cooling fan and ended up with 4 on checkout tried to cancel the whole order 10 minutes later no response as of now tried email 4 times no response I will call bank now don’t use this company a scam

Refund policy is a lie!

I ordered hearing aids that advertised 90 full refund. After one week I knew they wouldn’t work. All they did was make everything obnoxiously louder. No adjustments to group front or background noise. I requested a refund. They offered more items at a discount. I refused asking for a refund. They then said they only refund unused products! They gave me a $29 refund on a $120 purchase!! Do not buy from this company!!

Worst Company I have ever come across.

I bought a pair of rechargeable hearing aids, taking their refund guarantee at face value. This guarantee stated try them for 90 days, if not satisfied we will refund every penny paid, no questions asked. I received them and tried them for almost 2 months. After 5 requests for a refund, they now tell me that it only applies to unopened and unused items. They have still not told me how I can try them without opening and using them! I have never come across such a deceitful and dishonest way of operating, and I would personally be ashamed to work for a Company that treats its customers with such disregard. Update Finally received full refund, but only after 6 emails, telling them what I thought of their business practices and this 1 star review (would have left zero stars but couldnt). They said I could also have a £50 store voucher if I either withdrew the review or changed it to 4 stars! Declined, of course.

ordering Better hearing- Aids

I was ordering Better hearing- Hearing Aids online about end June, the web site kept asking for more money for extra features. Cost went from $159 to $715 I had the option to purchase these extra features or keep my purchase to the original $159 I was having problems contacting anyone in customer support, this made me a bit anxious about the purchase, so I decided to cancel my order, Customer support did contact me within an hour and I was given a full refund within 5 days. As my Order had already been processed and the goods had already been dispatched, I offered to return the goods when received but was told to keep the Hearing Aids and try them. To my surprise they were amazing, I had tried 2 other hearing aids previously over a number of years and found them very uncomfortable in my ears, these fitted perfectly, and the sound was crisp & Clear. I now watch TV at half the volume I did before and have no problems with group conversations in restaurants I have recommended these to all my friends Paul Agius 0418273294

This group of people are using a scam…

This group of people are using a scam method that consist on the following: They create a website offering products that are sold by China sellers, but renaming them with their own brand. Then when you are in the process of buying they introduce a x3 or x6 amount of any product you choose, + force for a VIP membership on their page. Then through Shopify that is a legit company that intermediates between China manufacturers and final users they send you the products, and when you try to return the ones you do not want, they charge you again for the transport costs. It is a brilliant scam I have to admit as they take your money from two sides... And they have an IA answering any complains you do , or any mail you sent them , so they are able to keep an appeareance of a normal business.

Avoid Ozzi Home.

I was extremely unhappy with this company. Their website was so confusing that I was conned into ordering 6 products rather than the single one that I wanted. I realised this almost immediately and sent an email but apparently it was “too late” as the items had apparently been shipped already, 10 minutes after ordering! A month later they took another payment from my bank which luckily the bank helped me retrieve. I have received my items but now have to ship them back to China. I very much doubt I will receive a refund that makes the effort worthwhile. UPDATE: The company contacted me by email, offering a full refund. The money HAS been refunded, therefore I am adding 2 stars to my review which seems fair to me. They were also very polite and did act promptly.

Dubious and unethical sales process

Dubious and unethical sales process. Their TOS clearly stated that orders could only be cancelled before shipping but they ignored my cancellation request and shipped anyway 12 hours later. They con you into purchasing more units than you want with confusing and unethical checkout process then rob you without recourse. I have since been contacted by the company who explained that they were in the process of restructuring and overhauling their website with the intention of making the whole shopping experience smoother and less confusing for the end user. I shall add a couple of stars now, and wait for their promises to be realised. To date, their resolution service had exceeded expectations. Adding a star. The unit I originally wanted and ordered finally arrived, and actually performs better than expected. Be careful not to overfill as it may leak. Adding another star.
