I saw an offer on Facebook for air coolers under the name Ozzi Cool selling 4 air coolers for £44. I thought it looked like a good deal So - I ordered 4 for £44. Once I had paid online and given my bank details, I then received an invoice for £175.96. I contacted my bank immediately and they say I have to wait for the order to go through before they can do anything. I am a pensioner and cannot afford all this. How can this company - Ozzi Home - conduct such scandalous business practice? I have emailed them demanding a refund immediately and to cancel my order. I will let you know what happens

Lucky to get one star. I emailed them the day the hearing aids arrived as they said 90 day return policy. Won't let me return them at all then offered a miserly £15 Avoid like the plague. They do not answer emails or honour their own offers. I didn't even know I was dealing with a company called Ozzie home. June July 2025

Delay on sending £159 refund. Finding all different reasons for the delay. Appearing very helpful but have found them at best inefficient but it looks as if I will not get my money back.

Impressed with the Quality

Ordering hearing aids online seemed a bit risky, but it has worked out well for me. The shipping and delivery was good and efficient, considering the source was in China/Hong Kong. The hearing aids are good quality and work beautifully.

TERRIBLE HEARING AIDS

My father ordered some hearing aids from this website.They are meant to be for anyone with mild to moderate hearing loss. They were terrible from the very beginning of trying them out. My father said they were making awful whistling noises of which no matter what he tried they couldn't be rectified. They are meant to have a 90 day return if not happy with them.This is not true! I emailed the company to explain what was wrong with them & asked for a refund.As all they did was to offer solutions as to how to make them work more efficiently,all of which my father had already tried. I emailed them again & they eventually offered a...wait for it...10 dollar refund!(£7.32 sterling).The actual cost of them was £70. I'm going to end this comment now with AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!
