I saw an offer on Facebook for air coolers under the name Ozzi Cool selling 4 air coolers for £44. I thought it looked like a good deal So - I ordered 4 for £44. Once I had paid online and given my bank details, I then received an invoice for £175.96. I contacted my bank immediately and they say I have to wait for the order to go through before they can do anything. I am a pensioner and cannot afford all this. How can this company - Ozzi Home - conduct such scandalous business practice? I have emailed them demanding a refund immediately and to cancel my order. I will let you know what happens

Lucky to get one star. I emailed them the day the hearing aids arrived as they said 90 day return policy. Won't let me return them at all then offered a miserly £15 Avoid like the plague. They do not answer emails or honour their own offers. I didn't even know I was dealing with a company called Ozzie home. June July 2025

I ordered the Moth catcher as I had…
I ordered the Moth catcher as I had some moth damage to wool sweaters. The catcher has been doing it's job! And it's keeping the moths under control. They catchers are simple to fold together and I hang them in the closet. I will continue to use them and re-order as needed.

I love this product!!!!! I had a bad mouse problem and none of the baits or glue traps I had bought were working. I saw the ads for Ozzie Home and their natural bait bags and thought why not give them a go and I’m so glad I did. I am so pleased with how they worked, no mouse problem for me now YAY!!! Easy to use and they smell fantastic to us not so much for the mouse.
