I saw an offer on Facebook for air…

I saw an offer on Facebook for air coolers under the name Ozzi Cool selling 4 air coolers for £44. I thought it looked like a good deal So - I ordered 4 for £44. Once I had paid online and given my bank details, I then received an invoice for £175.96. I contacted my bank immediately and they say I have to wait for the order to go through before they can do anything. I am a pensioner and cannot afford all this. How can this company - Ozzi Home - conduct such scandalous business practice? I have emailed them demanding a refund immediately and to cancel my order. I will let you know what happens

Lucky to get one star

Lucky to get one star. I emailed them the day the hearing aids arrived as they said 90 day return policy. Won't let me return them at all then offered a miserly £15 Avoid like the plague. They do not answer emails or honour their own offers. I didn't even know I was dealing with a company called Ozzie home. June July 2025

Ozzi Cool [await product to update]

Just awaiting the product, a compact Ozzi Cool airco unit, to evaluate its capabilities. Having been initially unimpressed with the ordering process, which is a little confusing and so my advice is, 'patience is advised', I've had very good personal interaction with the company, thank you JD and the new owner, for your kind attention and excellent response on this, Excellent customer service. I look forward to receiving the Ozzi Cool.

Twisted business system

I tried to buy one fan but it took me to another page and made me pay for 4. I can’t get refund. Please do not trust them or else you will end up loosing more money.

Ozzie Cool USB Portable Air Cooler.

It works well, but it's not sso quiet as it's advertised. The adverts say that it's silent, , , , however, it hums like a swarm of 🐝 bees 🐝 🐝 🐝 🐝 . Whether or not it's purifying the air, I don't know. But it definitely DOSE COOL the room down nicely. Because of the noise from the fan i only give it 2 stars 🌟.

JD of Ozzie Home Quickly/Completely came through

Today is June 16, 2025. My original review was 04/24/2025 which was responded to by JD on 05/05/2025. I had posted a "follow up" on June 16, 2025 that was not at all complimentary. I was under the mistaken impression that JD had not followed up as he had indicated on 05/05/2025. I searched around the response date and did find A COMPLETE AND TOTAL REFUND OF MY PURCHASE PRICE. This was missed by me because my bank card had been compromised. My new card had a different account number on it, I also searched both spam and my new/old emails, but I didn't find the email that he alluded to in his response 06/16/2025. I must say for honesty purposes that my spam cut off at 05/17/2025. I did review all reviews from present to my initial review of 05/05/2025 to find my Trust Pilot review. I CAN VERIFY THAT JD DID COME THROUGH WITH THE REFUNDS. I have changed my review dramatically. Also many of the reviews that I read about the Ozzie Mosquito Zappers. I think that I will buy one.

Possible scam? Ordered on Facebook.

I ordered my hearing aids on Facebook June 5, 2025. I noticed that there was no order number on the receipt. I paid with Pay Pal. About two days later I received an email from "Frank" saying they had been shipped and gave me a tracking number starting with YT which I found is "YUN EXPRESS" and is not usable by me. They are supposed to come to me USPS. There is no phone number for the company. They collected their money from Pay Pal immediately. I will wait a while longer but I am getting concerned. OK it is now 6-17-25 and I have received a total refund to my Pay Pal account and updated USPS tracking information showing the product is now in this country and headed to my address, so I will update my star rating. I was told also to keep the product. So now we will see if the product is any good when it gets here. At least I thank them for the adjustments.

I would strongly avoid this company

I would strongly avoid this company. Placed an order, realized that the order was requested twice. Attempted to cancel the order. Was unsuccessful. Did not realize that a recurring VIP membership was tied into my order. Attempted to cancel VIP membership and return product which is offered on their website. Company offered me 20% refund and I could keep the product. They kept 3 months of VIP membership dues despite having in writing that I wished to cancel prior to the first month. Update: Following the expression of my disappointment with Ozzie, I was contacted by a customer care specialist, "JD". He accepted responsibility for the poor handling of my case in all aspects. I was properly refunded the total amount I was out of pocket on all orders and VIP membership. Ideally, this should have occured long ago. Realizing that administrative changes and change of company policy can often be in a very dynamic state, I am grateful for a company that takes ownership of their shortcomings, addresses the problems, and seeks to prevent the mistakes from resurfacing. There is no better way to build a business then word of mouth from satisfied customers. I hope Ozzie continues to serve the public with honesty and integrity. KDW.

Quiet but powerful fan

Ozzi Cool is surprisingly strong for such a small device. The noise is barely noticeable even at the highest setting. Totally recommend for office use!

They scammed my dad

My dad ordered these against our recommendation. They are too cheap to be any good. When received they constantly whistled. We could hear the whistling across the room and no matter what we did the whistling did not stop. We tried to return them and it was a joke. They wanted pictures of everything and when we sent them they never responded again. They come from China and the shipping was $35 to send them back with no guarantee for a refund. My dad is basically out $100 for nothing. This company is a scam.
