I saw an offer on Facebook for air coolers under the name Ozzi Cool selling 4 air coolers for £44. I thought it looked like a good deal So - I ordered 4 for £44. Once I had paid online and given my bank details, I then received an invoice for £175.96. I contacted my bank immediately and they say I have to wait for the order to go through before they can do anything. I am a pensioner and cannot afford all this. How can this company - Ozzi Home - conduct such scandalous business practice? I have emailed them demanding a refund immediately and to cancel my order. I will let you know what happens
Lucky to get one star. I emailed them the day the hearing aids arrived as they said 90 day return policy. Won't let me return them at all then offered a miserly £15 Avoid like the plague. They do not answer emails or honour their own offers. I didn't even know I was dealing with a company called Ozzie home. June July 2025

EDIT: This was initially a 1 star review but once it was seen by the company, they were very quick to act and provide a refund. Their representative, JD, has been very thorough and taken ownership of the situation. Still disappointed in the product but the after-sales care, for us, exceeded our expectations. INITIAL REVIEW: My husband saw the mini aircon units and thought they would be a good idea, with summer coming, so he ordered 5. They arrived fairly promptly but we were disappointed in the quality. We have only tried to use one with it being so pathetic and useless, the rest are sitting, unopened, and unused. They were sold from a .com.au website yet they appeared on our credit card as overseas, which added on a transaction fee as well. There is also the additional VIP charge of $29.95 which he says he did not sign up for. We would like to return 3 of these for a full refund as well as a refund of the VIP charge. If you would like further information, such as date purchased and email address purchased from, I await your contact via this thread with details. I did not waste my time contacting direct as, looking at all these poor reviews, that is a futile activity. Definitely would not purchase from this company again.
Do not buy from this company. I tried to buy a mini air conditioner from them and they overcharged me, then refused to rectify the situation. The product itself is not as advertised and not worth the money. All I can do at this stage is warn others to steer clear.
These are incredible. I can't believe how well they work. My wife and 5-year-old daughter would get bitten all the time without them. Not having to spray them constantly when we go outside is a huge win. My daughter loves putting the green stickers on herself and her mom—so adorable!
They want to charge PayPal $89.95 for item number OPFU-3 and billing #7e655416wn3932016 which I did not order 😡
This review regards Trustpilot’s site rather than the product. Being sceptical about the heater’s claims I saw many 5 star reviews listed but on drilling down I see these are exclusively from a different product; the heater gets terrible reviews but these are masked by review merging. Trustpilot, your integrity and transparency is going to be rapidly eroded if you don’t take action.
If only I could give them no stars. What a waste of time and money! Brought the so called air conditioner. Didn’t cool jack. Leaked everywhere. Argued with them about a refund and they told me they only take back unopened unused products. Now how do you know if it works or not without using it?!? They then offered 30% which I laughed at. Thank god I paid through PayPal and took screen shots of the crap they were emailing back. Got my money back in full - Thank you PayPal. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Report them to every place you possibly can!!!
I ordered 3 heaters but to get to the checkout to pay you have negotiate upselling and by the time I got to the checkout my order hadn’t updated. Instead of £74,99 they took an extra 2 payments! Altogether they took £246 and sent me 9 heaters even though I tried to xancelteithin minutes I was told it was too late! It will cost me £98 to return them to China! They offered me 50% refund and keep the heaters but if they’re illegal in the UK then they’ll be no use. How dare they take two more payments from my account and send heaters I didn’t order, and are of no use in UK. I’m a pensioner and simply cannot afford to lose that money Edit….after reaching out to JD at Ozzi mozzie.com.au, I have received a full refund so it’s a satisfactory resolution. He was very quick to deal with the problem and I did not have to return the goods I’d supposedly ordered. Bit of a stressful time but I’m happy it’s now been resolved so I have now given them 4 stars for dealing with my problem so quickly
Since writing my review, my personal issue has been resolved. I have been told the company are now 'carefully reevaluating our procedures, including our order checkout process and customer service handling' I will try to check the website soon and see if the site is more transparent. The website is designed to be confusing. I wanted to order 3 units and a remote control. Every subsequent page tried to upsell. While I thought I was declining each offer, after I paid, I discovered I had added 3 more units. At no time throughout the process, INCLUDING when the order is finally made, was the basket payment updated. I have emailed for a refund on the excess. Let's see if they do just that.
I tried to order one of the heater’s and with their ordering system I ended up with a further 5! So have 6 in total. I cancelled the order, but they still took the money and came. All the packages were damaged and I wrote to company for 100% refund as NOT required..you have to send them back to China!! I am told by their agents that the boxes have to pass the "undamaged" policy before they consider a refund. I am also told they are illegal in the UK and can cause a fire hazzard! so why take orders from the UK???? I was offered 33% return without sending them back and no return label. Not good enough- as I didn't order 6 and it was their website issue I want a full 100% refund and we seem to be going round and round in circles. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
