I saw an offer on Facebook for air coolers under the name Ozzi Cool selling 4 air coolers for £44. I thought it looked like a good deal So - I ordered 4 for £44. Once I had paid online and given my bank details, I then received an invoice for £175.96. I contacted my bank immediately and they say I have to wait for the order to go through before they can do anything. I am a pensioner and cannot afford all this. How can this company - Ozzi Home - conduct such scandalous business practice? I have emailed them demanding a refund immediately and to cancel my order. I will let you know what happens
Lucky to get one star. I emailed them the day the hearing aids arrived as they said 90 day return policy. Won't let me return them at all then offered a miserly £15 Avoid like the plague. They do not answer emails or honour their own offers. I didn't even know I was dealing with a company called Ozzie home. June July 2025

Very upset that I didn’t check out this product before I bought it. I too fell into the trap I thought I was ordering three but when I came to check out they keep offering the product cheaper and other products. I thought I got through to pay and found out that I had indeed ordered another three. I immediately contacted them to be told that my order had already been processed - amazing less than 15 minutes I contacted them after I completed my order. I was sent an apologies but I had ordered them as the check out process was transparent, it wasn’t it was confusing and I was tricked into buying more. I was offered a partial refund or I could send them back to China even though they came from and address in Cannock! I am afraid to use them so I think that they will be going to the dump and chalk this down to a very expensive error on my part. I’m quite angry with myself. Plus I try to avoid buying things from China. Feel very stupid. Order no 485038
This sounded good so I ordered but checked my credit card today and found four charges had been charged, the original charge, then a $1 charge, a multiple charge and finally one for $198.This is totally unacceptable.
Purchased 1 Ozzi Heater. Arrived Jan 6th. Packaging badly damaged (important as packaging must be pristine if you want to return item). Very unhappy with product, it’s flimsy, noisy and will only heat a small cupboard, not the small box room I wanted it to heat. I have emailed requesting a refund, the first 2 responses were very friendly offering advice on how best to use the product. 3rd response, also friendly offered 30% refund but I have to pay for return and cannot claim original postage when item sent to me, so refund will be less than £10. They are based in Australia or Far East somewhere. Company refund policy says item must be unopened to get full refund? It also says a return label will be provided but in last email they say not return label will be provided. Avoid this product it’s terrible UPDATE I have this morning received a full refund, thank you very much.
Firstly, the date I have entered was the start date. It has been followed by numerous emails (no replies have been forthcoming) in which I have complained about the increase (unwanted) in my order and the fact that the so-called "super cooler" was nothing except a very cheap imitation of a small water based fan cooler that made no difference to temperature even in a small enclosed office, They say on their website to request a return for in order to arrange return an refund --but they never answer their email except to say " we are very busy and promise to get back to you in 48 hours.(from my first email seeking help until writing this review it has been 85 days --2040 hours!)
Meant to order one portable plug in wall heater and the site tricked him into ordering 4, paying expedited shipping and an extended warranty. The heater is a cheap piece of junk and doesn't have a single marking as required for US safety standards for portable heaters such as the UL (Underwriters Laboratories) or ETL (Intertek) markings, model, serial number, electrical rating and more. The website says 100% refund guaranteed but after a half dozen emails, they have only offered to reimburse $85 of the $190 charged to my card. There is no way we will use these heaters...too much of a fire hazard. BEWARE and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Total SCAM
I thought these look good, so I ordered 2. Another 3 were miraculously added to the order. When they arrived I discovered that nowhere, on the item, the instruction manual or the packaging does it state the power consumption so the adverts are unproveable. They are made in China so should have a CE mark to be legally imported into the country. I'm starting a dispute case with Pay-Pal
I tried to stop the purchase as had been tricked into ordering 4 instead of 1. I tried to stop the payment but they said the order had been sent out already (within the hour!). I told them they were thieves to no avail. Obviously a scam. I still want a refund as they are also unusable.
I tried to order the heaters online. The payment didn’t go through (very clear error message on the website) so I tried again, with the same results. So I gave up. I found the heaters for a quarter of the price somewhere else and ordered them. They arrived the next day. But I also then received emails from Ozzie saying both orders were confirmed. Within minutes I contacted them to say that the orders hadn’t been placed and need to be cancelled and refunded. I was told cancellations aren’t allowed. I insisted on a refund and I was offered increasingly high discounts to try to persuade me not to cancel - up to 50%. I said no to it all as the orders shouldn’t have been placed / their own website told me they weren’t successful. A month later nothing has arrived and I still have no refund, or explanation of how to return (when they eventually arrived I guess) or refund. I will be exploring legal action and involving my bank to recover this money that was taken fraudulently. Update : I have provided my details. I have also, finally, been given a return form - stating I must pay for shipping them back, to China, myself. This is unacceptable. Update : Ozzie have now said I can keep the heaters, that finally arrived, for free and have refunded the full amount. They have also offered me £50 credit with them if I upgrade my review to four stars - I have not accepted the credit but will change to four stars so more people see this review.
Ordered one, then charged for another 3 immediately which I hadn't. Apparently I had to press a button to not have the other three which they claimed is up selling. I have reported it to paypal to get my money back. Following communication with the company they have refunded the 3 units I did not knowingly order, and as a goodwill gesture have refunded the one I did order because of the issue. I understand they are reviewing the ordering process.
I’ve just ordered one heater and when I go to see payments they have charged me for a bundle of three and one which I don’t want and I can’t afford trying to get hold of anybody seems to be impossible. I emailed the address on the PayPal and all I keep getting is sent more details of products they sell no reply to my actual email. I am not very happy as I am a pensioner and it was hard enough to buy one let alone four
