I saw an offer on Facebook for air coolers under the name Ozzi Cool selling 4 air coolers for £44. I thought it looked like a good deal So - I ordered 4 for £44. Once I had paid online and given my bank details, I then received an invoice for £175.96. I contacted my bank immediately and they say I have to wait for the order to go through before they can do anything. I am a pensioner and cannot afford all this. How can this company - Ozzi Home - conduct such scandalous business practice? I have emailed them demanding a refund immediately and to cancel my order. I will let you know what happens
Lucky to get one star. I emailed them the day the hearing aids arrived as they said 90 day return policy. Won't let me return them at all then offered a miserly £15 Avoid like the plague. They do not answer emails or honour their own offers. I didn't even know I was dealing with a company called Ozzie home. June July 2025

Works really well. The zap occasionally scares my dog and me, but it’s so effective.
I tried to order 2 heaters from this company and with their complicated ordering system ended up with 5 ! I emailed them within 15 minutes to say that I only wanted 2 and was got no reply until the next day saying orders are despatched within an hour ! I am now told they are illegal in the uk ? So not only out of pocket they are useless !!
When my products arrived damaged JD at Ozzie bent over backwards to refund me - hence this 4 star revue. I was quickly given a full refund. Delighted.
Not as they seem Edit; Customer service via email has been great in refunding me my items after explaining my issues I've had with the checkout process and the fact it hasn't cooled down my spade. I'd still provide a 2 star review because the product itself didn't do what I'd hoped. However Customer Service was very helpful I am currently living Western Sydney, with coming into summer not yet even hit summer. We have already had two 40 degree days. I am in a town house with all bedrooms upstairs. This meaning that it is extremely hot all through the night, after all day heating. I have had a similar experience as I have now found as other users in ending up with a considerable amount more units then originally intended with a additional charge plus being added to the VIP customer subscription I couldn't afford. I found myself panicking when the mobile number provided wasn't answering at all, although thankfully I had them respond via email helpful enough with my circumstances and offered a 30% refund with the intent of keeping the units. So for this I have provided a 2 star review. I had been searching and searching for something Australian, as I did not want to buy something overseas and end up it not being what I thought. This company advises a Sydney science teacher designed these units to support hot class rooms and reviews on the site suggested they cool really hot rooms. It suggested 1 unit would support a 215m2 room. I was using 2 in a 9m2 room and it still wasn't cooling enough for a comfortable sleep. I have now reached out to the company advising I want to return all 4 units for the remaining cost refunded 70% due to already receiving a 30% refund. I have provided my concerns and issues and waiting a response on how to return them back for the remaining refund to then hopefully be able afford something in store and I can physically see its use and function.
I would have given this company zero stars if that was an option. I ordered one plug in heater and subsequently was charged for 5 I immediately emailed them stating I had not ordered extra they sent a generic response saying they had already been despatched (this was within half hour of ordering the one) I have now discovered that not only have they scammed me out of 74.99 but also the original order for one being 39.99 but the heaters are banned in the UK so it's useless to me now !!! Fast forward two weeks and they have charged me 29.99 for a VIP club that I definitely did not join and after sending many many emails I receive generic replies saying I joined the VIP club. Avoid this company like the plague they are scammers and as a widowed pensioner with limited resources this situation has been very stressful. I have received today 4 heaters which only one had been ordered and even then I can't use that one as banned in the UK how can this company get away with such behaviour is beyond me a very costly lesson learned for me I ordered the one to try and save money on heating bills as I get no allowance now and it's ended up costing me over 144 pounds. Also the subscription for 29.99 was taken once but I have disputed this and cancelled any recurring charges which this company set up fraudulently.

Chacun devrait savoir que la principale cause des problèmes de chauffage c’est l’isolation, quelque soit la qualité de la source de chaleur, si la fenêtre est ouverte un enfant de 5 ans sait très bien qu’il va faire froid et que la baignoire va se vider plus vite qu’elle ne se remplit ! À contrario une pièce très isolée avec très peu de fuite pourra être chauffée avec une bougie comme ils tentent de le faire croire dans la vidéo ! C’est pas beau de mentir et de manipuler en prenant les gens pour des idiots ! En plus il revendent un produit chinois qu’on trouve sur alibaba ! Bref des voleurs à fuir. Petit indice du manipulateur : Si vous regardez les réponses fournies ici vous verrez qu’il se confondent en excuse mais ne réponde jamais sur le fond ou n’apporte la quelconque preuve scientifique
I am a war-widow,on a very tight budget. I purchased 2 Ozzi Cool, 1 for me and one for a friend for xmas. I just got home after 5 weeks in hospital,and got my package. The package contained 5 units.I was charged twice for a total of $311.00. I don't know what to do. Help
Arnaque pure. A éviter absolument de commander quoique ce soit. Vous ne pourrez pas valider votre commande sans accepter les options supplémentaires. La vente forcée agressive, sans discuter les arguments "techniques". En plus ils sont horriblement cher. Par contre ka réaction de SAV très positive. La commande est annulée et remboursée.
After an ordering misunderstanding , the after sales team sorted it out and refunded the money without issue in a very timely manner. Feel confident in their refund policy if required
For me nothing went wrong because after seeing it I was suspicious with it , Rule no 1 for me is DO NOT BUY ANYTHING YOU SEE ON FACEBOOK ,, BECAUSE FACEBOOK IS THE SCAM ITSELF . they should all be locked up and Mark zuckerdick or whatever his name is should be shot . Rule no 2 as my mother said ,, IF IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE , THEN 99 % it is Deceiving or scam.
