Ordered 15 packs of 12mm laminate flooring, price was the best I've seen anywhere, quality far exceeded expectations and just looks perfect, delivery was spot on too, definitely recommend and will use again.

I ordered carpet samples from this company they were delivered quickly. I went on to order a carpet for my bedroom from them. It was a quick and easy process the carpet was delivered on time and was exactly the same good quality as the sample. I’m really pleased with it. Will definitely use this company again.

Absolutely brilliant experience I had ordered some flooring they emailed me pretty much straight away to explain that the carpet I had ordered was not in stock but would be back in stock soon they gave me couple of options either wait for more stock or choose a different colour, I didn't want to choose a different colour so gave them a call asked them when they would have it in stock again they explained 20th June so perfect I decided to wait I got an email today explaining the carpet is back in stock and all my flooring will be delivered between 20th-23rd June all in time for when I get the flooring fitted I can't wait

Absolutely abysmal! I waited seven weeks for my delivery. Despite receiving a confirmation email, I was later informed that the items I ordered were actually out of stock. After a lot of back and forth, I was told on two separate occasions that my items were now in stock and awaiting delivery—only to be told afterward that they were still not in stock! How does such an error happen not once, but twice? I had to persevere and keep waiting because I needed the flooring. Eventually, a staff member told me she would contact Sales to arrange alternative flooring, since I no longer wanted to wait for the original items. She also said she would send me a sample. Three days later, I called to follow up, only to be told that she had done none of what she promised. Finally, another staff member arranged what I needed—but I had to pay extra because the new flooring was more expensive, even though all the delays and errors were entirely their fault. To top it off, on delivery day, the driver refused to bring the items up to my front door, even though there was a lift available. He would only deliver them to the kerbside. The delivery email stated: "In most cases, delivery is to your external front door. Occasionally, due to accessibility constraints, the driver may only be able to deliver your order to the nearest ground floor access point, which may be the kerbside. If you live in a flat or apartment, unfortunately the driver cannot deliver up flights of stairs." This wording is vague, and at no point does it clearly say that delivery via lift is not allowed. Ridiculous company. I will NEVER shop here again!

This company have gone above and beyond to help me. The carpets I received really good quality and value for money. However the best thing about them is their first rate customer care....I dont care what the one stars say you get more bees with Honey theyve been terrific.

Fantastic company and service! Ordered carpet and underlay for livingroom and bedroom on Thursday and Monday morning it arrived. Delivery man was very friendly and helpful. Carpet now having being fitted is lovely and great quality for the price. So glad I found this company 👌

Purchased an expensive carpet to realise it was delaminated on the back company refused to do anything about the matter and the carpet has to be replaced

A truly shocking company to purchase from. Damaged items and takes a week to collect/replace. Good luck getting anyone to call you back or picking up the phone. This is the second negative review I’ve left, Seems this company are so big they can manipulate the reviews and have legitimate negative experiences removed. Take a look at other review sites that say the same. Save yourself time and money. AVOID Latest update, with less than 24 hours until collection and delivery I have had an email saying delivery is delayed because of stock. How on earth is this company still in business. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Great web site, swift delivery of samples, which were very helpful in choosing the right vinyl (thickness & feel as well as colour). Excellent pricing, Tapi had a couple of the same vinyl's at a bit higher cost. Once ordered vinyl was quickly delivered undamaged, you can't ask for more. I will definitely use Online Carpets again.
