Very poor customer service. I called in about a carpet I ordered that was undercut; there was no apology no accountability just immediate shifting of the blame onto myself. Saying I should have added an extra 10cm onto my measurements meaning extra money for them! Even though this isn't mentioned in their terms and conditions. They expected me (female) to reroll and repackage the carpet all because this company is unable to use a tape measure and cut a carpet correctly. On further inspection there was dark marks, I feel like they tried to palm me off with a seconds. Awful service and staff with bad attitude. Still unresolved currently in dispute with bank. Wouldn't recommend.

Ordering was easy The carpet is beautiful, really good quality and went down easily. There was a bit of an issue with the delivery driver who was on his own and said he needed help. I am disabled so it was lucky my son was visiting. The driver also seemed to be a bit of a defeatist with getting the roll of carpet in the house and almost immediately said ‘it’s not going to fit ‘ - I suggesting bending it a tiny bit and Hey Presto. A 2 man crew would make everyone’s life easier
The carpet I bought was such good value. It was £5.99 per square meter in the sale, and it is such good carpet. It's so soft and thick. The underlay was good too. The delivery came on my day off which was a stroke of luck. All in all I would deffo use these guys again. Brilliant value for money, good range, easy to order and quick to arrive, same goes for ordering samples too.

We have used Online carpets for vinyl and artificial grass now and they are brilliant. Brilliant prices and quick delivery. I would definitely recommend them and use them again
The delivery? After waiting the full 6 days for the carpet and being told the delivery would be before 6 only the underlay turned up at 8 in the evening? I phoned to find out where the carpet was but was told nobody could do anything as it was then the weekend. I had the carpet layer booked, it was a mess. When it eventually turned up it had been folded and he says that area is damaged…. I am now waiting for him to be available again. I will request a refund for the damaged carpet and will think twice about ordering from online again Not sure why my details couldn’t be found but anyway, just to clear up some facts: I asked the carpet fitter to help me with the carpet as it wouldn’t be brought inside by your delivery firm and it is obviously really heavy. He was told your dates when I got them. You notified me it was on its way and then it didn’t turn up… only the underlay. Information about delivery was useless. I had to ask him to come back and help me again when it did turn up the next week ( no time warning) and it was folded. Clearly not great. It looks damaged which I said before.
