I wouldn’t even give it one star. The worst company with the worst attitude. Sent out my £200 order left it outside. They refused to refund me and pretty much said I’m lying otherwise I would have re ordered with them. But didn’t really trust them as a company after all that to be honest. They agreed after sending over 50 emails back and fourth for weeks to send me a replacement which I had no choice as they wouldn’t refund me. I agreed. They sent me replacement. Carpet is nothing like the example one they sent. It’s thin and like carboard. I tried to return the rug as we decided to have laminate instead of carpet after all this and how rubbish quality the carpet was. The rug is brand new still in packaging. I asked to return it. To be told by “ R” that they will be charging £30 for returns and an additional £10 on top. I originally added the person I had dealt with to which they asked me to remove his name. After arguing they said they will half it. Honestly they are the worst, unprofessional “ company” as they call themself iv ever dealt with. Maybe aswel bough our carpet of temu with how bad the quality is. Will have to resale the rug but will never ever use this sham of a company again! I will also make sure none of my friends and family do either. Absolutely disgraceful!

The carpet arrived on time, well packaged in polythene. Delivery man brought it into the living room for me. Size was exactly what I ordered. Great quality carpet, no complaints whatsoever. I will buy from Online Carpets in the future based on my experience this time. 10/10

Overall my first experience was positive. The carpet was rolled length ways which made it a bit awkward. Although the hardboard roller inside the carpet roll is a lovely thought and prevents damage to it, this made it heavier and very difficult to get around corners. Sadly, not everyone lives in a house with wide spaces. If this is an option, then I'll bear that in mind i future. Otherwise, I will go back to online carpets in future.

Excellent I recently ordered a 5m piece of vinyl, always a worry when buying online, it arrived well packed and in good time, although I had already had a sample sent I was very impressed with the quality of the vinyl, it was exactly as described, and at a very keen price, much less than local suppliers, the flooring looks fabulous down, I will definitely be ordering from this company in future. Highly recommended!

We needed a carpet that we could lay without underlay and were a bit stumped until we found some on your website. The samples you provided fit the bill perfectly. The carpet arrived very early on the morning of delivery and it looks very opulent in our bedroom, the colour is very rich and the carpet itself is just as good as others in the house that have cost an awful lot more. Because it has a very slight fleck in it which you cannot really see, it doesn't show any bits unlike all the other plain carpets we have. Would definitely purchase from you again and would also not hesitate to recommend
