Absolutely abysmal!
Absolutely abysmal! I waited seven weeks for my delivery. Despite receiving a confirmation email, I was later informed that the items I ordered were actually out of stock. After a lot of back and forth, I was told on two separate occasions that my items were now in stock and awaiting delivery—only to be told afterward that they were still not in stock! How does such an error happen not once, but twice? I had to persevere and keep waiting because I needed the flooring. Eventually, a staff member told me she would contact Sales to arrange alternative flooring, since I no longer wanted to wait for the original items. She also said she would send me a sample. Three days later, I called to follow up, only to be told that she had done none of what she promised. Finally, another staff member arranged what I needed—but I had to pay extra because the new flooring was more expensive, even though all the delays and errors were entirely their fault. To top it off, on delivery day, the driver refused to bring the items up to my front door, even though there was a lift available. He would only deliver them to the kerbside. The delivery email stated: "In most cases, delivery is to your external front door. Occasionally, due to accessibility constraints, the driver may only be able to deliver your order to the nearest ground floor access point, which may be the kerbside. If you live in a flat or apartment, unfortunately the driver cannot deliver up flights of stairs." This wording is vague, and at no point does it clearly say that delivery via lift is not allowed. Ridiculous company. I will NEVER shop here again!
