RUN! Avoid this company at all cost! They are polite but when something goes wrong you’re on your own! It’s been 8months of hell trying to get this company held liable for the most horrible experience we’ve ever had. It’s supposed to be a long haul flight Birmingham UK to France to Abu Dhabi to Philippines. We arrived at the airport at 3am for a 6am flight went on the queue only to be told we are not on that flight! It was a Sunday and we are unable to get hold of anyone from Neo Tourism. We sat down in the airport not knowing what to do we then decided to go back home and wait until I can speak to Ana which was around 10am. To make the long story short we did not fly on the original flight I had to look for a different flight and ask Ana to transfer our flight and we incurred a lot of extra expenses different luggage charges, transportation to a further airport and my son who is celiac has to eat apple and banana the whole 18hours! I have tried to claim from Neo Tourism, no chance, they ask me to claim from Etihad no chance as Etihad said it’s Neo Tourism’s fault, they are pointing fingers at each other at the expense of the customer. But my issue is I have paid the money to Neo Tourism so at least help us claim from Etihad if it’s true that it was the airlines fault! But no the rude owner/manager I don’t even know who he is who was so horrible to my husband and has the nerve to say “what are we complaining about we did fly in the end anyways” ! We were able to fly 13hours later because I was the one who searched for other available flights which was 2 1/2 hours drive away from the original airport and asked Ana to get us booked on that flight! We have another flight booked going to Boracay a day after we land in the Philippines so we have to leave UK on the original date otherwise it will affect our entire family holiday.

Daniella, her services were exceptional she excelled on her duties to find us a good and reasonable flight fares. She understood what i wanted and she fulfilled it without hesitation and went beyond, even better. She communicated with me throughout and explained everything with thoughtfulness and care. Definitely i will entrust again our next flight to her. Thank you Daniella for your patience and help finding the right flight for us. Kudos and ten stars to you!!!

Honestly, at first, there was a miscommunication between me and the agent Daniella. There are information that was not send across properly that leads to chaotic situations. Like adding charges on my booking, which could have been avoided. Whether it was done deliberately, only the management can answer that. What I admire about Daniella in handling my concerns, she remains calm and trying her best to explain everything to me. At the end it was resolved and well-handled by Daniella with the support of her manager/supervisor.

Honestly speaking, this is the best travel company I’ve encountered so far. It has met all my expectations or even beyond that so I’m so grateful for the services offered in booking my holidays. Emma was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, and I wholeheartedly recommend her services—I’m already planning more holidays with Neon and look forward to many future bookings.
