First of all when I saw the add from facebook try call Neo tourism before 8pm.. fortunately someone answered me thru phone.,which is Emma Smith still Iin the office n nearly getting ready to go home.. once she talk to me I ask for quotation for airfare ticket which suits my flight.. Then later on she forwarded me some quotation for different airlines that suit me on my prepared dates going to Philippines.. She is very helpful to giving me all the quitations which I can choose that suits my flight in the afyernoon .. after we had chat finally I've got the one I want to fly with via emirates.. so ask her to hold it for a day.. when I'm paying it thru card have a problem with my card that can't be approved. So I ask her if it is fine to wait until sunday dec 15 to book my ticket.but still declined so i calked my bank to sort out.agqin thru phone after so many attempts and thanks for her patience waiting for me to book my ticket after almost 2 hours.. we finally get approved n managed to pay my ticket. After she process the eticket she send it to my email once they process from the admin upon payments. .. Once Again appreciate much for Emma Smith for her patience and very helpful to me during my quotation ask for her. . She is very nice person to chat with n talking thru phone.. once again she is highly recommrnded for her best job helping customers.. thank you.
