We travel London to Philippines regularly so for me to use a travel agent its all about knowledge and competency. I am flying from London to Iloilo in 2025 and had a number of things I wanted to achieve during the travel sectors. I found Janet highly competent and knowledgeable. I achieved all of my goals for the trip without any hassel at all. I would highly Janet and would use her, Neo Travel again.

Booking my flight from London to Madrid and vice versa on December was really a good experience with one of the staff who patiently attended to my queries patiently. Just want to make special mention of Anna Taylor who did her best to get me the best options. I commend her on her commitment and dedication though there are still rooms for improvement. Thank you Anna and hope to have a nice flight coming December and January 2025.
