Emma is very patient helpful and kind.
The travel advisor, Ms Janet Davis, was persistent in following up with us and helpful. She went out of her way to look for the best deal for us. Unfortunately - not her fault - my cousin's credit card company would not release the payment for the fare even though it is a fraction only of what she is allowed to use. So we had to use my card ultimately.
Anna was very friendly and efficient,she organised all flights and hotel,including domestic flights.
