If the time of problem occurs during my flight journey from London Heathrow to Clark, Philippines the neotourism was their for me to help and to help there customers My name is Salud Blyth 75 years old lady need assistance every time I travelled who have British Pilipino Passport. I travel to Philippines to visit my relatives but my travel journey giving me tension, stressful, panicking when I drop my 2 bags to the assistance checked in counter. The lady in the counter told me she only let me to travel if I can show her a ticket going out from the Philippine after 30 days for the reason I am using British passport and I booked 6 weeks to Neo tourism. The lady said to me I can not stay to Philippines fore more than 30 days. I said why I have my own house, I used to travel twice or 3 times using my British passport a year and did not happened to me like this not to let me travel is just I booked 6 weeks to stay in the Philippines. I called Anna Taylor in Neotourism and asked her if any changes the law in the Philippines? And I said to Anna the lady in the counter let me to travel if I can booked exit from the Philippines after 30 days. Anna Taylor help me to booked my ticket to Cebu Pacific out to the Philippines after 30 day of staying in the Philippines. Finally I got boarded in the plane Qatar air lines. The flight was delayed less than 1 hour when landed to Doha. The connection flight Doha to Clark was only 45 minutes. Last call when I got to the boarded with the good assistance people in the Qatar airlines. I arrived Clark my bags 2 bags is not in the airplane. They deliver in my house at 9pm Arriving in the Philippines I got no in the immigration went smoothly. They did no even asked me if how long I am going to stay. In my opinion this buying ticket to Cebu pacific was unnecessary expenses for my side. Is any chance to claim something regarding to my experiences to to my journey.

All ways a bad phone connection line where i could hear my own words repeated to me like an ecko a dew seconds after i stop speaking ! obviously my words were not comunicated fast as in normal line call because youre opperator would always talk across my conversations.... made bookings very difficult
