Paid for a signed delivery letter

Paid for a signed delivery letter, but Post Office originally said "gone away', when I checked the address it was correct. When I queried it the changed the reason stating 'refused to accept'. I visited the property they were there and had never refused any letter. Post office/Postman/Postwoman clearly could not be bothered to attempt to deliver, its obviously easier just to lie and fob customers off.

Disgusting (lack of) customer service

9/5 - STILL NO RESPONSE DESPITE 15 E-MAILS BEING SENT. 1/5 - received the following standard response as if this resolves the situation, they clearly have no intention of answering or sorting out costly issues/problems? Arrived at barrier to leave @ 10.30pm, barrier would not open. Female assistant took 5 minutes to answer (dozens of cars behind trying to leave all blasting horns and getting upset), refused to open the barrier just kept saying re enter the ticket. Eventually accepted the machine was faulty and arranged to re boot, would not open the barrier. Almost 15 minutes later we were able to leave. Contacted, so called, customer service who took all the details and promised to respond, cannot get ANY response depite numerous chasing e-mails and phone calls.

Left in limbo for 4 hours.

16/3 - still no response, obviously they couldn’t care less as they know I have no alternative other than to accept their disgraceful service? Reply again just ‘fobbing me off’ all my details are on the review. They think if they reply with a standard nonsense response Trustpilot will remove the review, WELL THINK AGAIN. Disgraceful lack of ANY customer service, as a vulnerable pensioner I was promised a return phone call today 12/3 (booking made on Monday 10/3) @ 13.30pm. waited in for 4 hours, no call? WHY DO THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS IN THIS DISGRACEFUL MANNER?

Unbelievable poor customer service

Unbelievable poor customer service, asked to send an e-mail regarding missing bracket and all you get back is " We can't process your request right now. Sorry, that's all we know ". How can ANY responsible company operate like this?
