MOTORCYCLE SHIPPERS Reviews

Fabulous experience! We had our ATV shipped from Texas to Idaho and although we've never had to ship any kind of motorized vehicle before, we would absolutely recommend Motorcycle Shippers. Danny worked with us from beginning to end and kept us up to date of pickup and delivery dates. We were skeptical at first since we've heard horror stories of other shipping companies, but I'll repeat it again, FABULOUS EXPERIENCE.

After losing my dad 2 years ago I knew I wanted his motorcycle with me. Setting up the transport was super easy and being able to track it was amazing. Thank you for getting some VERY important cargo from NY to Arizona!

Excellent and fast shipping service. Thanks

My motorcycle arrived a week earlier than expected. Good price and very easy to contact by phone. Would definitely use these guys again. They pulled off a seamless cross country move in the time of covid, very impressive.

Fast shipping arrangements, great communication, excellent service.

Spoke with Danny on the phone help me out with all my concerns and questions. I ended up going with Motorcycle Shippers because Danny was so helpful and if everybody in the company is that helpful I couldn’t go wrong so I chose Recycle shippers.

These guys are great! I needed to ship my brother’s Indian Chief from No CA to AZ. He passed a year ago - so his bike has great sentimental value to us because it was his pride and joy. Motorcycle Shippers did GREAT in doing the job of moving it for us. They fully understood the special circumstances surrounding this order - thanks to Collette, Danny, and the drivers for taking a personal interest in getting my brother’s bike safely to AZ for us.

Ed Merati was very helpful and understanding of my situation and needs. He was Very professional and I will use your service in the future if I need to ship my bike.

Absolutely outstanding customer service when ordering my shipment. They worked with me to get a last minute shipment scheduled. I appreciate how efficient the process was and how pleasant it was to work with the staff.

I needed to ship my new Harley from Michigan to Florida. The company respond quickly and within one day of quote scheduled pickup. In two days my Harley was delivered to my door, perfect condition and with zero issues. What was fantastic, the driver texted me when he was getting close and I could track the enclosed transport on my phone with location and speed. I stood at the entrance to my sub and watched the truck approach. The entire transaction was above and beyond my expectations. It was my first time to ship a bike and wouldn't hesitate using them again!

So I chose Motorcycle Shippers based on the feedback and comments I read from others. I am very pleased to share my satisfaction for the efficient and safe handling of the shipment of my motorcycle cross country. The efficiency on the front end to facilitate dropping off my bike to a shipping terminal, the strapping to a shipping pallet for an inside shipment all the way to my front door is how it went and I couldn't be more pleased. They provided me with a tracking number that allowed me to see where my bike was for the entire trip. Once the bike was at the closest terminal near my house they called to arrange for the final drop off at my house. From start to finish I couldn't be more pleased. I can HIGHLY recommend Motorcycle Shippers from my own experience.

I was very nervous about shipping my baby across country...until I started talking to Ed and Danny. I have to say that the idea of getting the metal pop up crate was a great idea, and my baby arrived safe and sound. I have nothing but praise for the level of customer service and concern for my bike and shipment, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who really cares about their ride.

They picked my harley up In New Jersey early i just got it today a week earlier than the earliest time i my original papers. No issues wit the bike it had no scratches or dings. Only negative was the office forgot to call me a day ahead of time so I had to do a last minute get.off work but the delivery guys were awesome and according to my wifes uncle they were very good when they picked it up also. I would definately use them again this was the first time shipping a bike I've already recommended them to two other people and I would definately use them again... thanks

I operate a logistics company called BAM Freight. We are professional purchasers of transportation that people hire to coordinate multi-modal transportation moves. Mostly import/export shipments. I looked at three different online options. One of which I have used several times in the past to move vehicles and motorcycles but they were kinda "pricey" on this one. Motorcycle Shippers was the least expensive, which sometimes makes me worry... you get what you pay for, etc. My customer was bringing their bike in from another country and needed a budget friendly solution on the domestic transport since they were already paying for the ocean transport and warehouse transfer. We went with Motorcycle Shippers and the move went exactly as promised. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I was so nervous sending my son's bike from CA to OH. I worried any company I used would be a scam...as I have heard...I was about to use someone else but when my credit card charge was declined...it made me stop and call the Better Business Bureau. The company I was about to use had a poor rating and would hold a bike for ransom trying to make more money. And other companies would charge 2 to 3 times as much. ALL THAT SAID...you are were excellent. Your pick up guys were wonderful and efficient! Your delivery people were great and the drop off business,..Joe's Cycle Shop in Dayton were very family oriented and very receptive. I would recommend Motorcycle Shippers to anyone wanting to have a seamless worry-free experience!

I shipped a motorcycle through them and it was damaged, the insurance/carrier that they use has refused to pay the whole claim, and will not return calls or emails. Ed was fine to talk to but if anything happens to your ride don’t expect CRST Trucking Co to pay the bill.

Had Motorcycle Shippers pick up my Harley in San Diego after the voyage from Maui. All I had to do was email my title to them and let them know where to find bike in San Diego, as it shipped via Pasha. Arrived timely to my front door outside Dallas Texas today. Nice looking wood skid, tie-downs etc. Not a scratch. Enclosed truck all the way as is all their shipments. Thank you Ed Merati and all the guys for the fine job!

TOP NOTCH PROFESSIONAL SERVICE!!!! This was by far...the BEST bad experience I've ever had with a shipping company!! I had my baby shipped from the East coast (Connecticut) to the West coast (California), then from California to Honolulu, Hawaii. A VERY LONG TRIP. After my baby made the long trip home, I was just down right upset, depressed and everything in-between when I picked up my motorcycle from the dock and noticed DAMAGES to it!! Oh the rage! Mind you, prior to shipping it was in PRISTINE, PERFECT condition. Apparently the crate had been damaged while my motorcycle was shipped oversees which damaged my bike (fairings, exhaust). I was in total panic mode because up until now, I've had really bad luck with insurance claims as turn around times always seem to move at a snails pace. I immediately contacted Motorcycle Shippers and worked very closely with (bless their hearts) Danny and Ed to come to a hopefully quick resolution. Every phone call that I made was very pleasant and just a down right wonderful experience. Both Danny and Ed were VERY professional, always had POSITIVE answers for me, and I can genuinely say that I felt that they worked really hard to make me feel better and to remedy the situation as fast and as best as they could (I do understand things like this can happen especially over such a long trip). In about 2 weeks time, they were able to provide me with the funds to repair my mean machine! Not ONCE was there anything negative said to me. No push back, no unanswered questions, nothing questioned...NADA. Everything, and I mean everything was done so quickly and professionally that I was honestly in my happy place throughout the entire ordeal/experience. They did everything right, and I could not have asked for a better result and staff! I definitely recommend this company for ALL your motorcycle shipping needs!! I am one very happy and satisfied customer :). I also forgot to mention that I was able to track my motorcycle from beginning to end online, and was even provided pictures of my baby prior to being shipped overseas. Very professional, quality service, and exceptional customer service.

The information support I have gotten is very good. Good follow up.

Had a one of a kind Harley shipped from Chicago to San Diego. From pick up to delivery, including tracking along the way - the process was outstanding. 5 business day transit and delivered when promised. This is definitely not the experience I have had in the past with other carriers. Highly recommended and won't go with anyone else again!!
