I shipped a motorcycle with this company in 2016, and it provided good service at a reasonable price. I booked a shipment this month (same motorcycle, same state-to-state delivery). The price had increased 39% and the company could not provide service without a commitment to remain at the pickup site from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday for a period of up to two weeks. That wasn't going to work, and I canceled the order. This company apparently no longer caters to private parties. A disappointment.

They were very helpful and were able to meet my requests on my shipping problems. I will without question use this shipper the next time i have to ship a motorcycle.

I had an absolutely awful experience with this company. They LITERALLY endangered my life and failed to pick up my bike on time or, indeed, at all. HOWEVER Ed and the crew stepped in and let me know my experience was not typical. A professional crew showed up on time and picked up my bike. It made it coast to coast in good shape in a week.

Staff was professional. They took good care of my motorcycle and delivery was on schedule.

Even though I had to cancel my order, there transport team tried to do the best they can to accommodate my short schedule. If I had more time I’d definitely use their service. Edward was a great deal of help and I will be looking forward to doing business with them again!

Great experience with Motorcycle Shippers transporting my Harley from Ca to Tn. Hub to Hub drop off and pick up was easy since their tracking system allowed me to see when the bike arrived. Bike was secured on a sled type mount with front and back tailgates which helps protect the bike. Folks at the Tn Hub were great to deal with and made my drop off and subsequent pick up two months later a breeze. I really felt like these folks transport a lot of bikes and understand how important it is to bikers that our equipment is well taken care of. Would not hesitate to use these folks again and in fact already planning a trip for next summer.

Great job, once more! Brought my bike back from Washington State, to California. Was delivered a day earlier as quoted, and my bike is in great condition. Now it's back to the Cali driving season for the winter. Next year, I will definitely use you again, to get my bike back up to Washington for the summer. Thanks again, for a great job done!

Motorcycle shippers did a fantastic job shipping two bikes from MA to Vegas. The bikes arrived a week early and in perfect condition. The terminal in Las Vegas, Capital North America and their manager Brad Hackett went above and beyond in providing outstanding service. Thank you Gordon

Despite being so "motorcycle focused", they won't even discuss shipping a sidecar, even if it's within the size limitations posted on their site. ATVs and snowmobiles are OK, but not sidecars???

Motorcycle Shippers communicated well. Picked up my son's Harley in the New York City area when they said they would. Strapped it to a palate properly where it remained for the length of its cross-country journey. Delivery was almost as smooth. Delivered within a day of when they said and basically on time. Whole journey monitored by their hands-on specialist Danny Reyes. And all for a very fair price too!

Mortorcycle Shippers are the best! I had a family emergency, which affected my motorcyle shipment mid-stream, and they were able to pull my bike off the trailer and re-direct the shipment! My bike was like new when received on the other end, perfect! The best motorcycle shipping company I have ever used, I can't say enough about Dan Reyes and the fine job he did for us shipping our bikes out to Colorado Springs and back. From pick up in Fort Lauderdale and delivery to Harley Davidson in Colorado Springs and return everything was punctual, professional and went according to plan. I was kept informed by phone and E-mail. It was a pleasure to do business with this company. I highly recommend them.

First time shipping a motorcycle. Very glad I went with Motorcycle Shippers. Bike was shipped from VT to CA in 6 days. The bike made it to the destination before the keys did (shipped separately). WOW!
