TOP NOTCH PROFESSIONAL SERVICE!!!! This was by far...the BEST bad experience I've ever had with a shipping company!! I had my baby shipped from the East coast (Connecticut) to the West coast (California), then from California to Honolulu, Hawaii. A VERY LONG TRIP. After my baby made the long trip home, I was just down right upset, depressed and everything in-between when I picked up my motorcycle from the dock and noticed DAMAGES to it!! Oh the rage! Mind you, prior to shipping it was in PRISTINE, PERFECT condition. Apparently the crate had been damaged while my motorcycle was shipped oversees which damaged my bike (fairings, exhaust). I was in total panic mode because up until now, I've had really bad luck with insurance claims as turn around times always seem to move at a snails pace. I immediately contacted Motorcycle Shippers and worked very closely with (bless their hearts) Danny and Ed to come to a hopefully quick resolution. Every phone call that I made was very pleasant and just a down right wonderful experience. Both Danny and Ed were VERY professional, always had POSITIVE answers for me, and I can genuinely say that I felt that they worked really hard to make me feel better and to remedy the situation as fast and as best as they could (I do understand things like this can happen especially over such a long trip). In about 2 weeks time, they were able to provide me with the funds to repair my mean machine! Not ONCE was there anything negative said to me. No push back, no unanswered questions, nothing questioned...NADA. Everything, and I mean everything was done so quickly and professionally that I was honestly in my happy place throughout the entire ordeal/experience. They did everything right, and I could not have asked for a better result and staff! I definitely recommend this company for ALL your motorcycle shipping needs!! I am one very happy and satisfied customer :). I also forgot to mention that I was able to track my motorcycle from beginning to end online, and was even provided pictures of my baby prior to being shipped overseas. Very professional, quality service, and exceptional customer service.
