The most horrible place do not go there. They don’t care about you, even when you’re in severe pain. They’re just taking advantage of your suffering.

I have been coming to Monarch Dental and Dr Chidester for over 20 years. I could not be more pleased with him or his hygienist!!
I know I have a fear of people putting their hands in my mouth!! My hygienist made me feel very comfortable and trustworthy on her part!! Thank you for the experience! See ya soon
Had a pleasant time with the periodontist and her assistant, but the other staff members could use some more pep. As far as customer service , they're average, but nonetheless nothing exceptional. If the staff smiled more and communicated more efficiently then I would consider being a usual customer.

Dental work is expensive! The staff at Monarch was friendly. They were able to get both my appointments in on the same day, so I wouldn't have to return for a second trip. They gave me a breakdown of my expenses and offered options for payment.
I REALLY APPRECIATE THE HELP THEY PROVIDE. I ALSO LIKE THE FACT THAT THEY FIX YOUR MOUTH FANTASTICLY ON YOUR BUDGET.

Everyone was pleasant and helpful. I had a tooth pulled and the most painful part of the process was the numbing injections. The pulling was painless and I had little pain afterwards.
