During one of my last visits, the technician who deep cleaned my teeth, broke off the lower corner of a front tooth and dismissed it as having been bad...Added a piece that fell off after only one week... Another problem experienced due to this technician's inexperience was the over- cleaning of one of my other front teeth that has left ridges that can be felt by anyone if they were to run a finger nail over the surface of that tooth...A very bad experience that will keep me from ever visiting a Monarch office or recommending the business to anyone I know...

The people there treat you like a number, not a person. Trying to get every penny out of you they could. Found all kinds of problems that hadn't been there just 6 months before.

The office has canceled my last two appointments. I'm not fond of the dentist so I would like to change to another location. I'm sure he's a great dentist, I just don't communicate with him well; probably more of a personality conflict. I haven't changed because I don't want to go through the hassle of starting with a new office.

Very compete staff and friendly staff.

Gave me Bell's Palsy and damaged one tooth that was good trying to fix the one next to it. Then refused to redo the work that fell apart less than six months later.

The Staff is cordial and helpful. the Dentist at the Duncanville, TX location is excellent and patient with elderly people. I appreciate the care that they give.

The service and treatment are great its the wait time even though you have an appointment its normally an hour after your scheduled appointment.

Darla is an excellent hygienist and Dr. Richardson is a great dentist.

I was very skeptical at first because Dr Ballard had left but the new dentist was amazing. There was a substitute hygienist that was amazing! Will definitely return!

Great Hygenists, Great Dentists - very friendly staff

The staff in the offices are great. Service and professional. However, the reason for not giving Monarch. Dental 4 stars as a whole is your call center. Always mass confusion, inaccurate or incomplete information! And I am not talking about just this last visit!!!!! For years!!!!!! If it weren't for the awesome staff and Drs in the offices I would have gone else where!!! Get rid of that call center and let each office handle their own!!! They have all told me they would prefer that. That many have the same issue I have ALWAYS had !!!! Grrrrrrrr
