Everyone at Monarch Dental is great.

Both Dr. and Dental Hygienist were very informative and friendly. Very thorough.

Service was honest and friendly. I had multiple doctors servicing my needs making me feel like a valued customer. Doctors and assistants explained to me exactly what I needed to know about my oral conditions and what I needed to do to improve them. Great service. 5 stars..

I love that I can go in and say, "I'm kind of broke right now. So, let's just do a cleaning and flouride today." Nobody hassles me to do more than what I want. Then, I make my 6 month appointment and know I'll need an exam and x-rays next time.

The corporate staff worked very hard to find me a surgeon and everyone at the dental clinic was amazing.

The Dentist, the Dental assistant, and the Ladies who woek the front desk all where excellent. I would and have recommend them to Monarch.

Cleaning was OK but not top notch. Dental Hygenist was OK but seemed to be rushing most everything, especially the flossing at the end. Also she was very pushy with the need for "treating" gum disease. It seemed more like a sales job to earn extra income rather than a sincere desire to encourage better flossing or care of gums.

The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional.

They offered a cleaning special. So I set an appointment and talked to 2 of their phone/call center associates who assured me that exams, x-rays and a cleaning were all included in this service. Then when I at to the office, they told me "Nope, not true a cleaning is an extra $115." They also would not honor the misinformation they have been providing through their phone/call center for their offices and their online advertisements.

Love everyone but a nurse Angie she seem to not care much about me it was more about something else. Besides that I love it there. Everyone else was understanding and careing.

Doctor was great. Other staff made me feel unwelcome and stupid. Would not listen to whst i told them either. Was disrespectful and condessending. I am looking for another provider because of that.

My entire experience was great. The office staff were friendly and caring. I didn't feel any pain while my tooth was being pulled and they staff were reassuring through the process. I will definitely use their dental services again.

Dr. Herrera was very thorough and honest. She was kind and seemed very concerned with alleviating my pain. She had great recommendations for me and I took her advice. I had to see an endodontist for a root canal and I came back the very next day to have her finish up. She was great. The whole team was courteous and professional. I highly recommended this office!
