Staff was friendly. The time it took to have the procedure done was excessive. There was too much personal chatter between the Doctor and the Dental Asst. which slowed them down considerably. In addition, the Doctor and D A would disappear for long periods of time. I've never had this issue with other dental facilities before. Last issue with this facility is the highest go turned vet rate. The Dentist was a part time employee and everyone else with the exception of the office staff and hygienist were new.

Everything was good.

If I could give a negative star, I would. The only reason I even gave 1 star is because the front office personnel was nice. WORST dental ecperience ever. Will be reporting them to my insurance company. Told them at least 6 times I wanted a simple cleaning. They said I had to have x-rays & gums checked so Dr. Joy( no joy for me )could decide what type cleaning I needed. She said I needed a deep cleaning & 2 caps on teeth with prior fillings, both of which would have to be pre approved. I again stated I just wanted simple cleaning. I was told they would not do thst becsuse Dr Joy said I needed the other & hygenist could lose her license if she did anything different. I left angry & still wanting my teeth cleaned. AVOID Monarch Dental on 544 in Murphy. What they are doing is very unethical! P. Patton

With no reservation, I would recommend Monarch Dental to anyone, family and friends. Had x-rays and cleaning done. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Every one was nice

I got an appointment right away very professional, courteous and personable. I had x-rays and spoke with the Doctor and staff all seem very knowledgeable. This was my first appointment so I won't comment further as I was informed of all I would need to have done so time will tell as the work is done.

The staff was amazing! They were sweet, professional and patient with both my children. Wonderful bedside manner and very thorough. They definitely went above and beyond and were so kind in assisting my son who has Autism. Thank you so much!

I was called to scheduled a teeth cleaning and when i got there it was for an exam only. Who has time to come to a dentist office and only get an exam.
