Unfortunately there’s been a hic up on connecting my phone, and this hopefully will soon be resolved. I received the phone and it’s in very good condition, and a very good price

Very poor, disappointed. I was told the phone would be sent on a next day delivery (as I was going on holiday and required a new phone). It took over 1 week to come. Shambles.

Great website definitely order from yous again
After 02 quoted me an unreasonable upgrade after my contract had ended, I was disappointed considering my 20 years with them. After searching online, I found Mobile Phones Direct to be the most cost-effective option. They had everything I was looking for and placing the order online or by phone was very easy. Their call centre made the process so simple and the phone arrived the following day.
Good choice of phones at competitive prices. Excellent customer service and communications right up to the delivery of my new phone. Upgraded with a far better deal than going to my service provider direct. Overall was a very smooth, professional service and I would definitely recommend.
Patience, honesty and professionalism of the advisor. Prices are competitive and there's a variety of plans for different budgets
Ordered the phone one day, it was up and running the next day.
Great company to deal with, the operators are very knowledgeable about the different phone plans and great help getting a good deal on the phone you want . Very competitive prices .
Awful service. Ordered a phone through Samsung website for a contract phone. Got an email from Samsung saying that Mobile Phones Direct has canceled the urge due to a failed security or credit check. How've they refuse to give any details as to what specifically caused the failure. This wasn't even an expensive contract £16 a month and yet they clearly didn't want my business. Utterly dreadful.
They've sold me a phone that is locked to AT&T in America. Now having to begin a very long complaints process to get my money back and all the money ive spent on an o2 contract for data I couldnt use and how ive tried to repair the phone not knowing what was wrong with it. A local mobile phone repair shop has run a check on the phone to discover its American and locked to AT&T who have been blocking any data or signal on the phone. Absolutely ridiculous. The O2 Store on Fargate in Sheffield has run the same check and provided the same evidence, it is an American locked handset being sold in the UK. I've wasted 6 months blaming O2 for this who have done network resets on the phone, changed the sim card and moved me to an e-sim in countless stores visits to help me. They can't do anything over the phone with me because of course the phone has no signal. I've contacted Mobiles Phones Direct via facebook messenger as I cant see an email address for them, with the necessary screenshot proving this phone is locked to an AT&T carrier. I want my entire contract refunding of £456 because you've sold me a dodgy handset. I havent had any data or signal for 6 months and have been blaming O2 that their network was useless and visited their store 3 times for help. They also checked the phone and warned me it was an American handset and MPD need to refund all of this. Update- they have responded on Facebook messenger that I start a "warranty repair process" with no acknowledgement at all of the screenshot I've provided showing they've sold me a locked AT&T phone. I can already tell this is going to be lengthy and painful. Am going to issue MPD a Letter of Claim to recoup the wasted £456. I can see the reply below, unfortunately as explained this handset is locked to AT&T so offering to phone me on it won't get through. It also took a HUGE amount of investigation to understand it was a handset issue, and that the phone is locked, so you can understand why I've been going to O2 all this time for help since it felt like a network issue.
Good service phone received as stated.
Ordered an ultramarine IPhone 16 unlimited calls, mins, texts. Had to pay £30 up front. 24 month contract. It all went through quick but it was not dispatched as it let me order the Ultramarine but when I checked after I’d ordered it kept saying awaiting stock. I called up and they were helpful but said that specific colour wouldn’t he in until next week. I would rather have known that. Anyways they said they had black or white they could send me next day. Seen as my other phone was no longer working I opted for black. Arrived in time and it’s all good from there. Their service was good I just would have rather known about the colour or timings of it before it let me order the whole thing. Other than that everything else if fine. Nice customer service easy and fast, I just called up and got through straight away. Efficient at handling the situation. Communication was good through email also. I would use them again.
Very fast and helpful.
I called almost immediately to cancel my order. Vodafone had no record or notification of my order in their system, leaving me stuck in a frustrating loop. I was passed back and forth between the two companies, each claiming the other was responsible despite multiple attempts. The lack of communication between the two parties made the process incredibly confusing. And now the wait begins for the return of the upfront cost I paid, £99 . I don't recommend wasting time.
Although customer services on the phone were great, ordering a phone to be told they are out of stock and having to wait over a week for delivery wasn't great.
Brilliant and quick service great prices could not recommend enough 💖😁 xx
Straight forward to order, prompt order acknowledgement and fast delivery
Lack of communication. It was only after I phoned to see what was keeping my phone from being dispatched that I was informed that it was out of stock. Had to phone several times and each time go through same security questions. Time consuming and would not have been necessary if communication was better. Never had this trouble with MPD before.
Avoid This Company – Unjust Refund Denial I purchased an iPhone 16 but was informed I couldn't transfer my existing number to the new device. Opting to return it within the 14-day policy, I ensured the handset was in pristine condition, included all accessories, and sent it back via special delivery. Initially, I received an automated email declining my refund, accusing damage to the handset. The only evidence provided was a low-quality image zoomed-up screenshot of a scratch that didn't resemble the phone I returned. I firmly believe the damage occurred after the phone arrived at their warehouse. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, including emails and calls, I received no substantial proof or clear communication. Instead, the company returned the now-damaged device and expects me to pay for it. This is completely unacceptable. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, consumers have the right to return faulty goods within 30 days for a full refund. The burden of proof lies with the retailer to show that the goods were not faulty at the time of delivery. I urge others to be cautious—this company appears to use dishonest tactics to avoid issuing legitimate refunds. Avoid them at all costs.
Good service thank you
Very very good experience
I have been getting my items from this company for the last 4 years and I never have any problems with them always on time and always very perlite it just a very good service
