Excellent service

Ordered a phone and contact from Mobile Phones Direct, They didnt acctually have the phone, so after 4 days of waiting they then got the phone and sent it via DPD. DPD lost the package within less than a minute of having it, phoned movile phones direct up to complain and was told to wait another 48 hours for the phone that DPD has lost. When i asked to be compensated for there failure to deliver the product ordered, i was told no. no reason, no excuse, just no.

Awful experience. The other took ages to be confirmed, constant emails from them asking for the same details! Finally got the purchase for it to not work. Having to send it back, but couldn't get hold of them to find out how I'm sending it back. To finally get through to someone, yesterday, to then be told today I have to pay full price for the purchase because I've failed to send it back!? Ridiculous.

Very quick and simple

I purchased a new phone and contract last week and was instructed to contact the new network provider. I completed this the same day and was told to notify mobile phones direct so the application could be completed. Unfortunately it’s a week later and they are not answering emails and I have had no update at all. I have cancelled my current contract so if not completed soon I will need to look elsewhere. There are good deal on their site however mines has yet to come to fruition. Very slow and poor service.

Great service and quick delivery

It was excellent to buy from here, the difference in contract was amazing, I got a phone and 50g data plus unlimited minutes and texts for £18 a month, where I was going to go would have between £31 and month, would definitely recommend
