Parcel recieved with no handset and only chargers and a sim card. The packaging appears to have been cut and taped up with DPD tape! Called Mobile Phones direct to discuss, who now have to investigate which could take up to 2 weeks whilst i have no phone (which i am paying for) -Udate- After two calls to complain, Mobile phones direct were quick to resolve the situation and reissue another phone as well as offer compensation. The call handlers were very helpful.

Yet again wanted a phone package with world roaming. Having been mislead before specifically requested clarification that the O2 package selected included the 143 roaming countries. Advised yes. Again when ordered and received found that it did not. Why mobile phones are unable to understand fully what they are offering is beyond me. So health warning don't trust what is being offered or clarified but check direct with service provider
