Well 1 STAR because there's no zero stars. Be aware of this Lebara scheme ; I dont have a contract i buy manually a bundle meaning im intittled to buy it when i want is not a contract is buying a service but im told by Lebara costumer service that automatically it will renew himself ????? Wait a second i dont have a monthly contract i buy a service manually that last 30 days but its me that choose when i want yo buy it . But gets even better one day BEFORE expiry my bundle Lebara automatically charge me the same bundle i bought previously without my permission . Meaning its FRAUD im being charged a service whithout being provided the service itself because didnt expire yet . How can this be possible ??? Again i dont have a contract !!!! Its a bundle there's no subscription or fix payments thats why you buy it when you want but still Lebara charge you like a monthly contract. Dont fall in this shit cancel Lebara payments in your bank app and only switch it on when YOU decide to buy the bundle not LEBARA charging you 24 hours in advance and without your authorization. Dont use the APP cancel erase it frpm your phone if you buy bundles they will take your money without your permission this is illegal AGAIN i buy a bundle not a monthly contract

I had switched to Lebara a year and a half ago and everything was smooth up till end of May 2025 when I noticed that my data was disappearing from fourth of June till fourth of July. I have spent on Lebara £75 just to add data so I was buying plans to have data. The best was that in four days time in three days time, sorry I’ve used 50 giga data. Is that possible? Lebara is coming the customer with the data and when I made a complaint they gave me five giga data back then all of a sudden that’s gone And on my account I’ve got extra 20 gig and after 2 1/2 weeks that I was waiting for someone to contact me they decide to contact me on Sunday 2 o’clock just before lunch with my family to tell me that I have to keep my mobile data off when I am on Wi-Fi They think they talking to a child even my children on TikTok they don’t use that much data they reinstalled some of my data back even though I explained that I need to travel and I need data on my phone. I haven’t been planning to change network but now definitely I’m leaving Lebar I’ve been with Vodafone with sky with EE with O2 never ever ever. I use more than 30 GB per month of data. I always have spare data in the end and Laura 50 GB the disappearing in three days what is your secret? Lara? Tell it to the customers guys go away don’t go near

Scam asking for details and then hanging up when given

i bought a lebara recharge and impossible to activate it after i gave all my details on the phone the network suddenly stops. I tried to contact lebara in all the way possible (phone, email, chat from laptop, chat from app but impossible to get a reply from them.

Sim swap by scammers just asking for…

Sim swap by scammers just asking for pac code, no proper i.d. Failure on lebara security, I should need to authorise. They said extra security put in place, but happened again. UNBELEIVABLE And lebara if you want to contact me don't call my number it is still with the scammers. OK on Day 3 still waiting for lebara to return my number,multiple checks to ensure my i.d. when asking for details where was that security on the number porting. Yesterday told the team would contact me in a couple of hours.. Nothing..contacted today by chat told 48 to 72 hours. TERRIBLE SECURITY AND SERVICE............................................................ Day 9 still no return of my number. No contact from lebara for days. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE. DON'T USE.

Lebara grootste dieven!

Ik heb 2x €10 aan data aangeschaft waarvan 1x €10 ik zelf verbruikt had. De andere €10 heb opgewaardeerd en me telefoon op vliegtuigmodus gezet! Na uren werken heb ik mijn telefoon weer aangedaan en kreeg ik een sms bericht dat mijn laatste opgewaardeerde €10 ook op was. Vervolgens bel ik lebara en krijg ik medewerker 1,2 en 3 die in me oren hebben opgehangen. Zo netjes. Pas na 5x bellen werd ik geholpen en werd het mij verteld dat het aan mij ligt, maar dat ze vandaag nog meer klanten gehad met de zelfde probleem! DAN LIGT HET TOCH VERDOMME AAN JULLIE. Maar nee het ligt echt aan u of u toestel. 2x 3 gb weg en 2,5 uur op internet te hebben gezeten! Er werd mij €10 beltegoed geboden terwijl in onbeperkt bellen heb. Weet je lebara ik ga weg bij jullie ik zou deze week mijn contract verlengen met 24 maanden. die van me zoon die van me dochter en die van me vrouw alle 4 de deur uit ruim 2000. Dat lopen jullie nu mis. Hebberige dieven! En heel de opname gaat op internet belanden want alles is opgenomen. Managers van lik me reet werken er!

Very poor customer service and unable to live up to promises

Was told I would be getting free mobile access as they owed me money on my sons account. Just had an email telling me that the normal amount will be deducted from my account. This is terrible customer service. I have been fighting with them for over 6 months to get the right amount deducted from my account. Can not believe they can not live up to their own promises. So sad

Customer Service have no technical support capability !

Poor customer service and technical support ... Called and online chat multiple times but none of the 3 or 4 customer service reps (probably 1st line support) knew anything about 4G (VoLTE) Calling. My phone Samsung A55 5G has both WiFi calling and 4G Calling available as per the Vodafone website, but Lebara haven't enabled 4G Calling on my sim. Why it is not enabled by default I don't know, but Lebara online help suggests that they have to activate the service on the sim/line !!!! In the end all they could do was raise a complaint reference CAS-2113907-W5P6Q7 to their higher technical support team as the rep put it. From past experience, I do not hold out any hope they will resolve this. I know my phone does work as both functions are enabled on the 2nd sim in the phone from O2. 21/01/2025 - yet another problem with Lebara Customer services. They ported my old number from O2 to Lebara this morning and I have been left with nobody being able to call me. Callers are being told to leave a voicemail with O2 as user is not available. I cannot get anybody at Lebara to resolve the issue.

What a truly awful company no response…

What truly awful company no response and my reviews taken down. Despite numerous emails they don't respond. I shall where possible leave negative reviews. Their referral system does not work at all . I have since my friend signed in September 2024 provided proof of service. This in my mind is a scam. I wish I could leave them zero stars.

Rude,unhelpful customer service,messed…

Rude,unhelpful customer service,messed up my payment. Had a deal for 6 months at £1.20 then full price after that. Messed up my payment the first month then tried to charge me full price the next month. When I rang to try and sort it out the guy I spoke to was rude,unhelpful and then hung up on me and cancelled my sim. Terrible company,terrible customer service,avoid them like the plague they are.

Money taken after sim cancelled, 2nd time

For the second time, Lebara have taken payment for a cancelled sim, despite numerous chats...of which I have transcripts.. They failed to reply to complaints emails. These guys are underhanded and dishonest. The TV ad is correct, they are horrendous when you leave them.

Købte simkort til 49 kr, og for 100 kr optankning til bla. 60 Gb data i Netto, da jeg havde brug for data imens jeg ventet på min fiberforbindelse.. De 60 Gb forsvandt på ingen tid, og det til trods for, at jeg ikke benyttede dataene, da mit gamle mobile internet stadigvæk fungerede..og kortet vil gerne optankes igen.. Det er ren humbug og findes der mikro Gb?, så er det vist dem de. bruger..
