Well 1 STAR because there's no zero stars. Be aware of this Lebara scheme ; I dont have a contract i buy manually a bundle meaning im intittled to buy it when i want is not a contract is buying a service but im told by Lebara costumer service that automatically it will renew himself ????? Wait a second i dont have a monthly contract i buy a service manually that last 30 days but its me that choose when i want yo buy it . But gets even better one day BEFORE expiry my bundle Lebara automatically charge me the same bundle i bought previously without my permission . Meaning its FRAUD im being charged a service whithout being provided the service itself because didnt expire yet . How can this be possible ??? Again i dont have a contract !!!! Its a bundle there's no subscription or fix payments thats why you buy it when you want but still Lebara charge you like a monthly contract. Dont fall in this shit cancel Lebara payments in your bank app and only switch it on when YOU decide to buy the bundle not LEBARA charging you 24 hours in advance and without your authorization. Dont use the APP cancel erase it frpm your phone if you buy bundles they will take your money without your permission this is illegal AGAIN i buy a bundle not a monthly contract

I had switched to Lebara a year and a half ago and everything was smooth up till end of May 2025 when I noticed that my data was disappearing from fourth of June till fourth of July. I have spent on Lebara £75 just to add data so I was buying plans to have data. The best was that in four days time in three days time, sorry I’ve used 50 giga data. Is that possible? Lebara is coming the customer with the data and when I made a complaint they gave me five giga data back then all of a sudden that’s gone And on my account I’ve got extra 20 gig and after 2 1/2 weeks that I was waiting for someone to contact me they decide to contact me on Sunday 2 o’clock just before lunch with my family to tell me that I have to keep my mobile data off when I am on Wi-Fi They think they talking to a child even my children on TikTok they don’t use that much data they reinstalled some of my data back even though I explained that I need to travel and I need data on my phone. I haven’t been planning to change network but now definitely I’m leaving Lebar I’ve been with Vodafone with sky with EE with O2 never ever ever. I use more than 30 GB per month of data. I always have spare data in the end and Laura 50 GB the disappearing in three days what is your secret? Lara? Tell it to the customers guys go away don’t go near

Scam asking for details and then hanging up when given

i bought a lebara recharge and impossible to activate it after i gave all my details on the phone the network suddenly stops. I tried to contact lebara in all the way possible (phone, email, chat from laptop, chat from app but impossible to get a reply from them.

Sim swap by scammers just asking for…

Sim swap by scammers just asking for pac code, no proper i.d. Failure on lebara security, I should need to authorise. They said extra security put in place, but happened again. UNBELEIVABLE And lebara if you want to contact me don't call my number it is still with the scammers. OK on Day 3 still waiting for lebara to return my number,multiple checks to ensure my i.d. when asking for details where was that security on the number porting. Yesterday told the team would contact me in a couple of hours.. Nothing..contacted today by chat told 48 to 72 hours. TERRIBLE SECURITY AND SERVICE............................................................ Day 9 still no return of my number. No contact from lebara for days. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE. DON'T USE.

Terrible company

Terrible company. I joined to get EU roaming. It has never worked in the EU. Despite months of contacting customer service who confirmed all my settings are correct. Customer Service is terrible; they can never understand or fix problems. I am paying for a service i never receive.

MONEY TAKEN FROM BANK WHEN AUTO-RENEW OFF AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I paid for SIM with plan online which has never arrived, it hasn't been solved when I mentioned then forgot all about it as I was working all the time. I use Lebara as my secondary phone just when I need to call abroad. I've had auto renewal OFF but today Lebara took money..renewed my plan! I chatted to customer service so let's see if the refund will reach my bank account! I mentioned never arrived SIM and lady on thw chat asked me for transaction ID it took me time to find it and she wanted to call. I said I can't talk before I'm awaiting important call...she called!!! Then was rude on the phone, interrupted me, didn't let me speak! I couldn't understand everything she was saying either!!! I cut the call because it was awful continued conversation sounding like angry bird telling me off pr something!!! She knew I was waiting for that call...she them called 4 more times even that I rejected!!! I had to block it. Awful company

Unable to use my full data allowance while roaming and no communication from Customer Service.

Until recently I have praised Lebara for service, signal and ease of set up. I had the 6 month introductory offer from MSE and am now on the normal monthly tariff for 5Gb of data. However........ I was recently in Spain using my phone for "Roam like at home" as is advertised. When at home I'm usually using WiFi and home broadband, so my sim data usage rarely exceeds 2Gb per month. I received a text from Lebara in Spain telling me that because I was using more data than I usually use at home, they would start charging me. This was despite being well within my monthly allowance and just a few days away from my monthly refresh and top up. I phoned the helpline which was not easy to understand and was told that I'd been away from the UK longer with my phone than I'd been at home with it, which is completely wrong. The phone helpline was not able to help or sort the issue at all. I sent an email asking for clarification and used my phone sparingly. I received a receipt message for the email, but no reply within the specified number of days. I sent a reminder and still no reply. I bought £10 of top up credit in case there was any emergency to deal with, but then turned off my phone until I got back to the UK. Still no response from Lebara and a worry for anyone who thinks they'll be able to use their full data allowance while roaming. Extremely poor service.

Fake voucher offers and appalling customer service - BUYER BEWARE!

Signed up for Lebara SIM via a MoneySavingExpert special offer. The deal was you would receive a £40 Amazon voucher after 6 months. I am now 9 months in and no voucher despite having chased 5 times. Each time I am told I will receive voucher within 7 days via email, which never happens. I am promised callbacks which never happen. I am told my case is being prioritised which never happens. One customer service agent let slip that this a major issue for Lebara customers since they handed the management of the voucher scheme over to a "cloud" voucher agency, whatever that means! I have been told there is is a big backlog. Their customer service make promises they don't stick to - "I promise you won't have to chase again", "I promise you'll receive your voucher within 7 days" blah, blah, blah. Absolutely appalling customer service. I will take this up with MSE, as they need to know that people who have used their special offers are being ripped off and I shall be reporting Lebara to Trading Standards for false advertising.

Voucher offer not honoured

I transferred my number to Lebara because there was an offer on that included a £50 Amazon voucher. I never received the voucher and was told a different reason why 6 times. Now returning to EE.

Like Vodafone and ee and O2 and free. Lebara doesn't get me any Internet. I must be owed thousands in compensation. I pay for a service i just don't get. UK is backward country

venter og venter på sim kort

Jeg har nu ventet i en måned på, at modtage mine 2 nye sim kort, hvor lebara har flyttet mine nummerer fra et andet selskab. Nummerere er flyttet og har derfor måtte købe taletidskort for at kunne ringe og hver gang jeg ringer, siger de, at de sender nogle nye igen.Ingen stjerner her fra og meget dårlig kunde service.👎👎👎

Elendig "kundeservice"!!!!

Umulig at komme i kontakt med. Har en udestående mail fra 21/11-2023 vedr. pludselig dårlig dækning samt en anden fra 24/1-2024 vedr. opsigelse af abonnement. Hver gang jeg rykker for svar, kommer autosvar at det kan tage op til 48 timer. Elendig "kundeservice". Virkelig dårlig!!! Når det kører, er de i princippet flinke nok. Utroligt langsomme, men dog flinke. Men når man opsiger sit abonnement og vil have sit tilgodehavende, er der tavshed og ligegyldighed!!!! Når man ringer, vil de straks se på de to udestående mails, men de falder dog straks tilbage i ligegyldighed og tavshed. Snork zzzzzzz

Had to pester to get perks but signal and SIM is fine

Fine if you want a cheap SIM. But don't be fooled by the offer of vouchers and cashback. I signed up with the offer of a £40 Amazon voucher that would arrive after 6 months. It never did. I referred a friend with the offer of a £50 referral fee, once again there has been no payment. I've contacted them a couple of times but have been ignored on both occasions. Like I say, phone signal is fine, tariff is cheap. But all of the fake offers leave a sour taste and I'll leave as soon as I find an equally cheap SIM because of all of this. UPDATE: I've now received the Amazon voucher and have been emailed confirming that I'll be receiving £20 of the £50 referral fee (advertised as up to £50). Despite the person going for the more expensive SIM. So feel a bit better about the whole experience, so I'll give an extra syar
