Well 1 STAR because there's no zero stars. Be aware of this Lebara scheme ; I dont have a contract i buy manually a bundle meaning im intittled to buy it when i want is not a contract is buying a service but im told by Lebara costumer service that automatically it will renew himself ????? Wait a second i dont have a monthly contract i buy a service manually that last 30 days but its me that choose when i want yo buy it . But gets even better one day BEFORE expiry my bundle Lebara automatically charge me the same bundle i bought previously without my permission . Meaning its FRAUD im being charged a service whithout being provided the service itself because didnt expire yet . How can this be possible ??? Again i dont have a contract !!!! Its a bundle there's no subscription or fix payments thats why you buy it when you want but still Lebara charge you like a monthly contract. Dont fall in this shit cancel Lebara payments in your bank app and only switch it on when YOU decide to buy the bundle not LEBARA charging you 24 hours in advance and without your authorization. Dont use the APP cancel erase it frpm your phone if you buy bundles they will take your money without your permission this is illegal AGAIN i buy a bundle not a monthly contract

I had switched to Lebara a year and a half ago and everything was smooth up till end of May 2025 when I noticed that my data was disappearing from fourth of June till fourth of July. I have spent on Lebara £75 just to add data so I was buying plans to have data. The best was that in four days time in three days time, sorry I’ve used 50 giga data. Is that possible? Lebara is coming the customer with the data and when I made a complaint they gave me five giga data back then all of a sudden that’s gone And on my account I’ve got extra 20 gig and after 2 1/2 weeks that I was waiting for someone to contact me they decide to contact me on Sunday 2 o’clock just before lunch with my family to tell me that I have to keep my mobile data off when I am on Wi-Fi They think they talking to a child even my children on TikTok they don’t use that much data they reinstalled some of my data back even though I explained that I need to travel and I need data on my phone. I haven’t been planning to change network but now definitely I’m leaving Lebar I’ve been with Vodafone with sky with EE with O2 never ever ever. I use more than 30 GB per month of data. I always have spare data in the end and Laura 50 GB the disappearing in three days what is your secret? Lara? Tell it to the customers guys go away don’t go near

Scam asking for details and then hanging up when given

i bought a lebara recharge and impossible to activate it after i gave all my details on the phone the network suddenly stops. I tried to contact lebara in all the way possible (phone, email, chat from laptop, chat from app but impossible to get a reply from them.

Sim swap by scammers just asking for…

Sim swap by scammers just asking for pac code, no proper i.d. Failure on lebara security, I should need to authorise. They said extra security put in place, but happened again. UNBELEIVABLE And lebara if you want to contact me don't call my number it is still with the scammers. OK on Day 3 still waiting for lebara to return my number,multiple checks to ensure my i.d. when asking for details where was that security on the number porting. Yesterday told the team would contact me in a couple of hours.. Nothing..contacted today by chat told 48 to 72 hours. TERRIBLE SECURITY AND SERVICE............................................................ Day 9 still no return of my number. No contact from lebara for days. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE. DON'T USE.

I bought the simcard of lebara £1and then top up £10 to get international calls I just spoke twice And then I couldn't make another call Us said on offer 100 international min So 8am shoked I asked for refund they completely ignore me and they hang up on Very bad service,I don't recommend this service at all is completely waste if money

Chat online forever

Is this the same company that provides sims in the UK? I notice a few companies tend to have a few listings on Trustpilot, is this to avoid a bad press? Anyway i have had the run around from Lebara agents since February. Very poor😩 No voucher ever arrived. I am now waiting for a manager to phone me but I am not holding my breath, the customer support from this company is the worst I have ever had my misfortune to experience. I don't believe anything they say. I will be taking my business elsewhere, and would advise others to avoid LEBARA. UPDATE We are now in May, and No manager ever phoned and in another chat a promised email of my transcript also never arrived. I think the agents just make promisses to make you go away. Jean-Paul left a message on Trust Pilot stating that an agent would contact me, guess what. TO:John-Paul Patten Operations Director No one has been in touch, why am I not surprised?

Not the only one

So reading the reviews, I'm not the only one that had roaming issues. Absolutely shocking that they offer you things as compensation that are completely useless. I just want the money back that I paid for a service that was mis-sold. I can guarantee I'll get a generic response to this review telling me contact john-paul direct. I will do, then Customer service will try to ring me. Their own lebara sim will block them from calling me. I'll try calling them back and the line will be unavailable. I must be psychic.

Left feedback on the other lebara…

Left feedback on the other lebara trustpilot because it has 5 star's I wondered why I'm the only one having problems. Set up was easy but the data strength is pants. Yet again the fake 5g faster speeds isn't at all. It's taking 25 minutes to upload a 90 second video. I've been losing signal all together at times rendering the phone completely useless in these moments. All these networks aren't cracked up to what they say and advertise at all. I'm not getting WiFi to fry my brain with emf that's the goal I believe for giving people crappie service. Giffgaff is worse so I don't know what to do at this point.

Incorrect billing every month!

I had a discounted sim with the company for 6 months, and every single month they charged me incorrectly. Each month they offered a refund and assured me they had changed the system and it wouldn't happen again, and each month the same thing happened. They couldn't even get the refunds right - once it didn't come through at all and I had to open a case with the bank, another time a £5 refund came through as two separate £1.99 refunds?! Avoid unless you want the hassle of contacting customer service every month!!

This EU "roaming" NEVER WORKED

This EU "roaming" with Lebara is an absolute nightmare! It's beyond terrible! Despite their repeated promises, it NEVER works! Don't even bother trying! The customer service team is a joke; they keep saying they'll call back but never do, leaving you stuck waiting on hold for ages, only to start the whole frustrating process over again. Three of us on Lebara couldn't get roaming to function in two EU countries, while everyone else around us had no trouble at all. We wasted hours and hours on the phone with multiple people, but it never worked! We were left stranded in unknown cities without internet access! It's absolutely APPALLING service and total FALSE ADVERTISING! Thank goodness we switched to Lyca, where we're not dealing with this nonsense anymore!

Fake Voucher Offers

Bought via MSE £40 cashback offer July 2023 for my son Finn. A con. Voucher email arrived, but would not open. Cust service said they could not help, as voucher service is outsourced to a cloud company. Reported to MSE as they are con artists. Does not work abroad and coverage is awful.

Undgå Lebara

Jeg vil sige at det er noget af det værste jeg har oplevet med teleselskaber. De svarer ikke på mails , jeg er døv og kan ikke ringe, Jeg har opsagt et mobil internet, det reagerer de ikke på og fortsætter med at trække penge selvom jeg for længst er ophørt med at bruge deres simkort. Stop dog det firma. Noget af det værste man kan tænke sig

Very poor service

Very poor service. They say it uses the vodaphone network but data always defaults to 2G service. If you set the service provider to vodaphone, you get 4G, but as soon as you change masts when travelling it reverts to Lebara 2G service. I think it's a con. Customer service don't help, they just keep sending configuration messages that set it up for 2G services. You get what you pay for, and they don't give much.
