Companies get the opportunity to shine when things go wrong. Here's where Mint crumbles.
Coverage: their coverage is really bad in some areas. Their map shows it. We're relatively fine, but we still routinely call to ask them about status of improving coverage. During the calls, after a long time through 'bots' to get to a human, we usually get people who completely misinterpret the situation. They go out of the way to say that I'm having issues (e.g. reset my phone, change SIM, etc). We're not having issues. We have several phones. Some new with new SIMs. Their maps shows low coverage. And that's fine, all we want is update. None given.
Canada roaming: Complete lies. Just look it up.
Wallet: incredibly restrictive. Having had lots of money in it, getting to use it is nigh-impossible. Not even escalating it with their chat customer service.
