If I could give them less stars I would. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. Worst customer service that helped in no way. RCS chats didn't work for the entire first week so I couldn't text anyone during that time. Customer service did such a horrible job explaining the simple troubleshooting method, that I looked it up and found the solution myself. I continued to have weird service issues for the past 4 months and random texts were never received. Now Instagram doesn't work at all and I reached out to customer service to be told I'm running on a single band (whatever that means) because their service is horrible and that it might be fixed within a week, but they're sorry for the inconvenience. So now our IG business account is unusable until they figure out why they falsely advertised about having a legitimate phone company that worked in the simplest of ways. I talked to a supervisor about getting a refund because I've had nothing but sheisty service since I switched to them and they were negative amounts of help, so I asked if I could leave a public review somewhere to warn other people not to fall for the scam to which I was told "there is no where to leave a public review, but you can leave a review with me here and I'll be happy to share it with my team." Obviously there's a reason why they don't want people to review them...... This is the biggest scam of a phone company to ever exist and I highly recommend not wasting any of your life and money dealing with them.
