Absolute fuster cluck. Tried to move 4 lines on Saturday, 5/17/25. One transferred successfully, one needed a physical sim and the other 2 errored. Over 3 hours mint could do nothing but tell me to check with my original carrier. Tried just switching 2 lines back to original carrier but the activation to mint had screwed something up to the point they couldn’t resolve. Finally called mint and my original carrier back Sunday night and after 2 hours got the 3 lines activated back to the original carrier and refunded. As for the sim one, got that back on the original carrier but despite multiple assurances that the 4th line has been cancelled and refunded no such action or confirmation has occurred (the other 3 received cancellation confirmations and refund confirmations almost immediately). After cancelling they still shipped the sim and still assure me it’s being taken care of. I have contacted once again to give them until Tuesday, 5/27/25, to cancel and refund or it gets referred to the BBB. As for the actual service, I went from 3 bars to SOS only inside my house and 1 bar on the hill behind my house. With my other carrier running on a Verizon line I get 3 in the house and full outside. Ryan Reynolds now slides from 3a to 4c on my man crush list but that does allow Paul Rudd to move up a spot…
